My CC Got Charged under NOC 2133 On - 18th November - Exactly after 90 days.
Application Received Date at CIC - 18th Aug.

I have few queries.

1. If CC is got charged means that eligibility criteria are met and probability for rejection will be lesser ? e.g medically unfit etc.. (The chance of rejection is very less
2. Is there any cases (May , June , July Applicants) where CC is charged and file is returned. If yes then what are those possible reasons. (Yes there are very few cases in the SS )
3. What would be the next steps ? After 7 days File no. , & FER + 16 days Medical Request + 13 days Passport Request. (the approximate wait times
PER from CC - 1 to 2 weeks
MR/RPPF/PCC - 4-6 weeks

Hi Seniors,

Can someone please guide, when i submitted my application i provided UK PCC as i am living here from last 4 years but not provided Indian PCC that time. But i applied for Indian PCC after that and is available with me and now waiting for my MR for last 66 days....is there any chance they can ask me both PCC or just Indian one...plz guide...

If your UK PCC was not more than 3 months old at the time of application, I don't think they would ask you for it again. I'm almost sure they would ask you for the Indian one at the time of MR.

my bank told me that CIC has presented my DD for encashment and this dd will clear by tomorrow (friday) or by coming week monday.but they said form their nostro account it is no more outstanding now the canadian bank which they have link will do payment.

Buddy don't get disheartened, it is not only DD that delays the charging. There are various factors like complexities in application, review/approval required from seniors and may be many more lke this.

You will also hear good news soon stay in touch woth your bank...,. And yes banks can also not be relied upon the information of dd clearence. So stay positive .... good news is around the corner

Last 7 working days no CC/DD charged for NOC 2173 ... Do anybody see any pattern with regards to NOCs charged? No it is highly unlikely tht it would. The Medicals Capture the data again and hence shouldnt be a problem.

Make an Affidavit from parent or by you itself, and send it to cio asap.. Most of the cases have been approved by cic on basis of affidavit

Best of luck.... You will be through if you do send before your package marks for incompleteness

I have attached notarized affidavit on 20 INR stamp paper and CIC has accepted the application and my CC got charged on 18th Nov.

1. DD is safe & secure though slow to get encashed. CC is fast in encashing, but never know with that.
2. You can pay online any time after RPRF email but need to sent the receipt along with MR receipt/PCC/ Bio pages and if any other docs requested by VO.
