Good Day All,

I have a question about using pension contributions as proof of funds. My current job allows a full refund plus interest before 5 years of pensionable service, I've been in this job for 2 years and would therefore be eligible for a full refund for the next three years.

I'm not sure if they will do a statement addressed to the VISA office but they are willing to a statement of contributions addressed directly to me. Would this work?

Why would you need anything to address CIC over, you have online access to pension account which gives you complete details of your employer and month by month contribution statement, all you need to do is take that print, get it stamped from pension office &/or notarize it. That should work for you bro

Hi Friends, need your advise on a few queries as below,

1. I have applied in noc 1111 and would like to send BCs which i have just recd for myself and spouse as additional dox, i will send thru courier and also email it to them, now my query is that my father's name which has been correctly spelled in the 10th marksheet and BC has been mis-spelt on the passport. Shall i mention this fact in the covering letter of the additional dox and give reason that when i get my passport renewed i will have my father's name corrected? Pls advise.

2. I had initially applied in noc 1112, my file was returned due to BC, but before receiving the application package back from CIC i re-applied in noc 1111 since my duties matched with this noc also and i feared cap so i sent it without waiting for rejection letter on first application.

Now even though an application under 1111 is in queue, the discrepancy in this application is missing BCs which i am sending as additional dox more than one month after the original application was filed. Since i am not sure whether they will match my addendum with original application and accept my application ( chances are dim ) i am thinking of filing one more application under 1114

I just got my CC charged. I need some insight from experts on what are the probability of PER? What kind of verification are done before CC charge and after CC charge? Any info will be helpful to curb anxiety .
