email states ".....your application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed on the basis of work experience in an occupation......"

With the above statement can i conclude for me that i received PER?

I have a query if some good friend of mine here can suggest and guide me on that, it would be great.

I am FSW 2014 May Applicant from Pakistan and my status is that I have had medical done recently. Now I need to pay my right of permanent residency fee which is instructed couple of weeks back by LVO.
Can any one tell me what mode of payment i can take from Pakistan? can I payonline through CC as previously online payments were not being accepted and entertained by CIC from Pakistan at the time I was initially applying. Also to whom should I address if I get a DD or bank draft made? and which Visa office do I have to send it to? the one in London from where last correspondence was made through email?

Kindly walk me through the procedure if any one knows the best solution for paying the RPRF.

Why CIO is still not moving 2173 applicants. Is it because mostly are DD payment mode? CIO pls do move now... flash all PER's for 2173. ;D 8) :-*

I am not aware of anything that CC payments were not accepted by Pak nationals by CIC. People cautiously were reluctant to go through CC mode initially, because if transaction failed due to any reason, your file may be returned. At the time of filing an application, it was a risk because you need to submit your credit card info to CIC and CIC on their discretion had to charge CC. But now, you have to pay online yourself and if even it doesnt accept, you have a chance to go through DD mode. But i would suggest to give try online through CC as it will save your time.

Hello senior friends.

This is my first post on this forum. Please pardon me if my questions have been answered before. I have searched for answers but i'm not satisfied.

I am about to mail my application under NOC 2172 but I just want to clarify some "little" details before submitting.

1. I signed the forms with a black pen. Any issues with this? I'm concerned that it might look like a photocopied document. - no issues

2. Is it OK to put my DD and photos in small envelops and then label the envelops. I'm concerned because of their small sizes.- put photo in envelope and clip it using paper clip on the cover page. along with dd in separate envelope.

3. Is it OK to staple my notarized employment letter (3 pages) together? - no staples anywhere

4. (a) Can my application be returned if one set of photos (out of 7 sets) does not perfectly meet the requirements? My sister's photo does not fit the requirements perfectly. From my assessment, every other thing fits apart from the dimension of her head to chin. (b) Can my application be returned if one of the photo sets is missing from the application? - no idea

Yes, you can. What i did, i purchased a small file with 12 -13 separators inside it and button at the top to keep items safe. i put each item separately in separator and included photos in small envelope and stapled it and put in one of the separator.

Yes, it is ok, no issue

I cant comment on this. But i have seen people who have been asked to send the photos again. i personally believe, it shouldnt be any problem.
