This section refers only to translated docs. In this case an applicant provides affidavit + CERTIFIED TRUE COPY.

Plain copy is totally ok for anything else that is not TRF, ECA, PCC if the original is in English, French. End of story.

that is why I always ask people to check the things by themselves rather than asking on the forum.... forum can only suggest possible ways... there are multiple interpretations of requirements.... to me its safer to get all the copies notarized even if not required because it only adds a sense of originality to the copies ... when you are doing all the hard work why leave a confusion.... thats my point ... nothing to get misguided...

This is again a confusion, which copies need to be attested and also is affidavit is mandatory for document copies translated from Non English or French document.

See what it leads to? A guy is already panicking on the grounds of wrong information provided.

Mistake : not submitted Native Language BC, Notarized translation from lawyer submitted only.

Please suggest should i start preparing new application ? am i out ? can i reach with in cap of 2281 ?? or should i wait ?

I need your expert advice, I had applied NOC 1212 at June 19, 2014 , after a long period my application returned on 12 November, reason for returned is to provide original wes report, which i attached in the file and sent again on same day, my application has received on 14 November.

I have also noticed that my entire application was marked ticked with pencil and UIC number was also written over it.

Please advice, what are the chances of credit card charge and PER.

When you applied first time at June 19, 2014 , You did not send WES report(original)with your application ? OR you sent WES report (Duplicate copy)OR WES report(photocopy). Please clear.

There are no multiple interpretations of this issue. Docs in French and English can be sent as plain copies. If you want them notarized - go ahead. But asserting that it is required as per imm7000 is clear misguidance, that could cause a lot of pain in an emotional applicant.

So I had got my medicals done last week wherein there was a slight chest infection (cough patch) detected in my Chest X-ray. They uploaded my results and NDVO got back to me today and has asked me to do further additional tests to rule out TB.

I have to go 3 consecutive days to the DMP and give my spit samples, which will be incubated for 6-8 weeks.

After that I will have to get a repeat Chest X-ray done 3 months from today (February 2015)

All these results will be reviewed by a pulmonologist or respiratory physician in February 2015 to rule out TB.

So, in short, my PPR is delayed atleast until February 2015

Anyone else here who has faced the same issue???

Hi everyone! i just want to share my story:

1st application: returned on September 7 per CIO SYDNEY email response. Due to INCOMPLETE APPLICATION. i swear to God I have provided all the documents to my consultant MASSOOD JOOMRATTY LAW CORP (Pinoys2Canada sattelite office in the Philippines).

To date, Consultant does not provide updates even if negative already. All of us clients have no PER yet

2nd application: filed this November. DIY. With the help of this forum.

moral of the story: Never trust a so- called "consultant" even if you pay for a hefty price of a service which could have probably helped you lessen stress and time-effort. Sadly,it was too late when I discovered this forum from my first application. DIY and help from fellow forum members are more helpful and money-saving.
