want to share a bad news my application got rejected due to miss match in job duties..app received date 22nd july..NOC 1111...planning to resubmit asap...need your help...can someone with NOC 1111 or anyone share the sample of Job description in details....how i am going to add the duties if my manager not willing to give those

Sorry for hearing that, could you please share the job duties you have sent..., I think you can get HR signature or direct supervisor, if you would like to avoid your manager.

YES, you have to write your designation in particular fields. But i think it won't be a major issue for the rejection. CIC agent can assume that you have misunderstand the question and answered all the fields as Civil Engineer. Up to me you have entered right NOC number which matches your job duties,so be confident i think you will get the good news ASAP..

Can you also tell us, when is this thing checked? At CIC or at the Visa Office?

I have already received PER and I mentioned my NOC name Information Systems Analyst although my designation is different

Same here..Warsaw VO...wanted to know the timeline...Expecting MR..dono the timeline...If someone could help us it would be great..

I'm not sure for Warsaw VO, but for Rome VO there is no evidence from last year (what I have seen in the spreadsheet), and this year there are only 2 applicants that have received PER, in September if I'm not wrong, but no changes so far. Like this I am not know if to assume that there have been no actions taken from the VO or if those applicants have stopped logging info in the spreadsheet.

Have you checked last year spreadsheet for Warsaw VO data?

How much time between CC charge and PER?

It varies, but normally between 1 week to 10 days....

dear all
i applied for fsw 2014 and cc got charged october 2014

right Now i received an email from london office stating the explaination why i did not acknowledge the refusal of my previous application.

imy application was sent back earlier in 2008 because of change in policies from 27 february 2008. My application reached london vo in march 2008. Due to this my application was returned back.

Please advise what has to be done now 30 days time limit ..

Dear Seniors
I need to clear in one point about filling Generic application IMM 0008 form. My younger son now 20 years old. So i can not include him as my dependent as per new rule. But still should i have include his details in GENERIC IMM 0008 form. The confusion comes because in instruction guide it says you must include all your family members even if they are missing or presumed dead. Thanks in advance for your help.
