Hello Friends,

With extreme happiness I want to share the news of my medical request. Cant stop thanking god for this gift. This forum is what kept me going through out the process and taught me patience. I wish everyone will get through.was under a lot of stress since my second line got updated.

Below are my timeline:

Application : 5th June 14
CC charged : 23rd Sept 14
PER: 2nd Oct 14
Second line: Started process on 13th Nov, Updated on 16th Nov
Medical: 18th Nov 14 ; 10:23 AM

They have also asked for Passport Bio pages(Dont no what that means)
They have also sent info about CIIP(Is everyone receiving that?)

Points to be noted:
1) I broke all my FD's right after sending my application, and transferred them to my spouse's name.
2) No one was contacted in my HR/Supervisor.
3) I sent my Pay slips/ITR/Form 16/appointment/appraisal letters/ apart from ref letter


Let me know if anyone has any generic questions.

Hi Friends,

What happens to Valid Visa if the passport is expired and is replaced by renewed passport ?

I have US B1/B2 visa (valid till Sep'2016) on my current passport. I am applying for passport renewal as current passport will expire in July'2015.

Will I lose my US visa ?

carry old passport along with new passport. the new passport will have a ref to the old passport on last page.

Today i have got email from WES. Following it says:

CIC has informed WES that they cannot verify your ECA report. This is due to the incorrect application choice as the WES FSWP customized application was not selected.

In order for Citizenship and Immigration Canada to process your immigration application, they will need to verify your ECA report using WES's online service. To allow CIC access to your ECA report, you will need to order a duplicate report at https://www.wes.org/ca/apply/xcopycic.asp?

Interestingly, I was not in TO list of the email (i was in bcc). So i'm really confused what does it mean now?

App received date - 18-Jul
NOC - 2172
On status shows - "In process"

Please help me out why i'm seeing this email?
Will it affect my application?

Whatever happend, Ask WES to perform FSWP eveluation for your education.
As them when will they complete the eveluation.
As soon as as you get the original report from WES, send it to CIC by acknolwedging all your details.
It should be unfortunate, if CIC rejects your application on the basis.
Hope for best and do what ever you do right now.

If you received PER that means you duties are matching NOC you selected.

What I have read is most of the time they are bluffing to see if you lose confidence and your reaction to that. But lately they do issue MR. There might be the cases where they don't. But chances are very slim.

Dear All, I am applying for FSWP 2014 under category of Human Resource (0112). I will submit my application in february 2015. Will my application be accepted or not . Also I need to know about Express Entry, will my application be affected by it or not ?

Hi, my application was returned last year due to capping and it came with my UCI. This year I applied again and received PER, it contained the same UCI issued to me last year with my returned package. I have been able to successfully track my application this year using the UCI.
Please don't give out information you are not sure about, it's unfair to those who genuinely need accurate information.

WELL SAID.....PIPIS HUSBAND...YOU ARE TRUE WHEN YOU SAY ITS A NOT A BAD IDEA TO KEEP MUM WHEN WE ARE NOT COMPLETRLY SURE ABOUT THINGS......as in ur case they hav iissued UCI inspite of cap filled...so its a good optimism to take ur case as +ve example rather than deciding that once cap filled no uci...no loss in following up for uci details wid CIC. Good one from u.

What you are saying is if you applied under NOC for engineering then VO who is going to interview you will be an engineer. No that's not the case.

VO might gather some information relating to your field.

Ashifee bro, what if the interviewer says your JDs are matching with another NOC but not with the NOC claimed.... I mean I have this issue, my JDs were partially matching with two NOCs but I opted for the one whose educational requirements mentioned on hrsdc website were the same as mine...

This is very common thing -one can do several NOC duties.....Max of the companies want to do a lot of duties by his employee.....

So explain them that u may have duties of other NOC's....But major duties are on ur applied NOC....

Its not a big deal..... Applicants need to say this Confidently....

Otherwise case officer may hold him more tightly..... ;D ;D
