Hi Century,

Could you pl predict observing the current trend of SGVO how many more days I may have wait for my MR. I am very much tensed as no 2nd line update yet. Moreover I need to make some decisions here. I know it is difficult to predict and I have to have to patient. But reality is tension is mounting. Sorry if I bother you.

I am expecting it by this month.

Also note that before you, many applicants are waiting with PER- so you are not the last candidate - so no tension.

45 days is normal time given for submission of MR, RPRF and PCC
In ahmedabad Appolo hospitals conduct Medical tests, you can call on their reception no and book appointment.
For PCC you need to go to Passport seva kendra near commerce six roads and apply there, for which you will have to fill PCC form online and pay fees of Rs 500 for each person, after which you will get a date on which you need to go with all required documents and submit....

Regarding imm 5562 supplementary information your travels,

Country of origin: Philippines
Country of residence: Korea

Since 2008, I'm working and living in korea and I take the ususal vacation time to go back to Philippines for 2weeks maximum.
Do I need to write all my trips from korea to Philippines and vice versa? Or just other country besides korea and Philippines?
The form says trips outside from your country of origin or of residence.

Any thoughts?
Anyone?

I have applied for FSW program in june 2014 and received my PER on date oct 21 2014....As i got married in between i wanted to update my application. then following happened:
1. I send the case specific enquiry to my visa office i.e India, New Dehli in nov 3 2014.I got reply in nov 4 2014 to contact Centralized Intake Office where the application was initially submitted to. They too said that they havent received my application at their office yet
2.I sent case specific enquiry to CIO on Nov 6, 2014

I havenot got reply till date and dont know if file reached to Newdelhi( visa office) or not.
What shud I do now???

Hello Friend, Can you help me with my query.

What if We send our file after Cap is Full, Will they Return it immediately after Receiving the file, or they will Give us UCI number and taking all the details under which you applied.

And How much time it can take to receive your file back?

If the cap is full, they will return the file through Snail mail.

Yes they will assign a UCI number and also clearly mention that your app has been rejected due to NOC Capped.

It takes around 2 months if you are in India

Any one got any clarifications from the two guys who got passport request from NDVO yeaterday,

Did any one posted the format of the letter which they got from NDVO? To submit the passport how much time NDVO provided?

*30 days are provided to submit the passporst...
*They require 10 days for processing the Visa stamping on passports and 1-3 days for return after stamping
*Visa validity is 1 year from medicals or passport validity whichever is earlier
*The letter is 5-6 pages with all information plus a annexure which needs to be filled with details of all the v applicants including full name, eye colour, , passport no, passport expiry, native language.
*Passport should have minimum 2 blank pages
*Two recents photos as per specifications are asked for all applicants...

I have seen this letter received by a friend and thus sharing the above information....
