Today, I went to give medicals. So CIC should get medical results in 3-4 days.

I am sending PCC(US and India) and PRPF receipt today.

My timelines:

NOC: 2173
Date of application: June 2, 2014
VO: CPC-Ottawa
CC charge: 18-Sep
PER: 25-Sep
MR request: 13- Nov.

If MR, PCC and PRPF reaches CPC-O in next 3 days, any idea when PPR will be sent ?

A question especially to those who have already raised any Case Specific Enquiry.
On the CSE page there's an option of File # ; is it the same what we get as the Application # in the PER email or the File # is something different that one gets later after PER?

I have applied for pcc for spouse still waiting for police verification at home as address in passport is different than current address.

Should I go ahead and send my pcc and rprf and send spouse pcc later ?

If you can get your Spouse's PCC within the time limit allotted by your VO, then my suggestion, send everything together.

Wht if there is a small spelling mistake in your name in the job reference letter? Is it a major problem? In my job reference letter, in one place they omiited a letter in my name... They spelled it correctly in another place in the same letter

congratulations first on the change in your marital status LD

if she has raised a CSE (case specific enquiry) to NDVO, she should start preparing updated forms and proof of funds all what not. (see checklist for adding spouse). Once you send it to local VO, it will take couple of weeks for them to encash your DD and add spouse. my suggestion, send everything with a cover letter by end of this month if you can and you should be jst fine....

nopes, it will take another week or 2 before you hear something from CIC, keep faith and you would be through....

Urgent Help Required..!
i have received a mail from LVO and i need help in answering them back.

"Proof of settlement funds.
Please submit certified copies of your bank statements, showing incoming and outgoing transactions, including your current salary, for the last 6 months, providing explanations for any large transactions."

Question 1 (certified copies) : Isn't the official statement from bank enough? I mean how/& from where should i get it certified ??

"Work experience documents.
You must submit a job description and a reference endorsed by your present employer on company letterhead"

Question 2 (reference): I already provided one initially. So, do they require a different one or what? JD, company's letterhead and a stamp/sign from HRD? is that what 'reference' means? its a bit unclear. Can anybody assist ?

1. Certfied bank statement is with the sign and stamp of the bank official.

2. Yes reference letter is the one on the letter head, stating JDs signed by HRD or your supervisor. You need to submit again, with same JDs but may be more detailed

Hi everybody!!

Im' really Happyyyy!!!!
I received today the email requesting to pay the RPRF and also the Passport Request.
I already paid the fees and I'll send our passports tomorrow.

Timeline:
NOC: 3142
Application date: June 30th
CC Charged: October 15th
PER: October 27th
RPRF and Passaport Request: November 17th
RPRF payment: Nov 17th
Application sent from - Toronto/ON
VO: SP - Brazil

Obs: We didn't receive MR because we have done it in April (2014) for our temporary work permit visa.
