I really enjoy getting -1 every Friday, even if i don't post anything during prior day or 2.

It gives me a feeling that i am so important for someone that he specially logs on every Friday for me.

The only remorse is that i only have 1 such fan, while others have 3-4

What I understand from this discussion that even if CAP for 2173 is closed there are still chances for August applicant to be in the cap ?

Yes, I think CIC estimated the number of applications they have already received for 2173 in closing the cap. This would primarily be to discourage people from sending in new applications. So my feeling is that all of August and may be even some September applicants would be in the cap. I just find it difficult to believe that they would have received more than 300 applications for 2173 in August alone

Yes, I totally agree with you because it is hard to believe that CIC can receive such a huge bunch of applications in the month of August but for which month they have closed this cap according to the completeness check looks little hard to estimate i think. They were going at 50 applications per week since they started accepting application for 2173. In the start of this FSW 14 the file received by CIC was high but later it decreased and in August a sudden increase ???
I'm feeling as if you are right that they want to discourage new users to send applications for this Noc.
