Were there such cases? And what do CIO state in the rejection letter - "We are returning your documents and rejecting your application because you are a shameless copy-cat"?

Don't know if there are any cases but I have seen some members suggesting that don't copy paste that's why I'm asking. I remember once that a forum member said that he got PER despite that he copy pasted all the NOC duties.

What country are you from? The documents are sent back by snail mail, if you are from a place like China - be patient, the mail takes quite some time to get there.

However, don't get upset yet... Did you use representative and what was your mode of payment?

I am in US so I mailed out the documents from here, however my payment mode is a bank draft from India. I am concerned coz it's been 4 months now but no response/email from CIC so hoping nothing got screwed up !

Oh, DD - be patient and wait then. I don't think you need to worry, not yet.

My cc has been charged on November 1st, still didn't get a PER email but I have a UCI number from last year I can check my ECA status and it shows in process.... we received your application on July 17th
Should I worry?!!!! Is there something wrong!

That might be a red flag for a local VO maybe, but I seriously doubt that one can get rejected at CIO stage for copy-pasting.

Hi Guys,

I had mailed out my FSW application in july 1st week and they probably received it by 2nd week of July. I still haven't heard back from CIC and just worried about what could be the reason.

NOC: 2132.

Will appreciate any feedback or suggestions from the experts out here.

Email them or call them up. You will need to read some stuff written previously on how to start the conversation so you get your UCI W/o a negative response

I am a July 18 applicant under category 2171. My DD was encashed on November 4 according to the review.

I am using a different name in the spreadsheet and will update my record later.

yo bro ... i'm also a 18th July applicant. My CC got charged at 9:05am, 04th November. No PER yet ... this week has been really slow for PERs..... I'm also really desperate .... most people were getting PErs within 7 days ... mine's gonna complete 10 days including the 4th ...

All we can do is wait and watch.... !!
