Did they reject it inspite of you providing the affidavits. Did you send the affidavits as a part of the original application or as additional docs.
I am tensed too. I have submitted my husbands affidavit in lieu of his BC. Have not attached 10th certificate!!!!

It is CICs prerogative. Hence hope your application is cleared.
Someone today was mentioning that his application was rejected for this reason. At the same time, there are others whose applications have been cleared having same deficiency.

He/she applied in dec last year and did his/her medicals in sept 2014.

Checked in 2013 applicants forum last page.

I'm sorry about your father .

I hope seniors respond to you. I however think you need not send a new Background declaration form, but simply an addendum i.e. a cover letter explaining that your father passed away. Include your name, DOB, etc so that they can match it to your existing application.

Hello all,

My application reached on 9th July and I applied for 2171 NOC category
CC was charged on 27th October.
I haven't received PER email till now.

I have seen in forum some July 18 application also received PER email.
Is there a reason to worry??

Experts please advise.

Feeling relieved today , at last got the PER email

NOC:- 2281
Application Reached - 27 June
DD Enchased as Per PER email - 15th October
PER Received - 13th November

Now wait starts for the second line update and MR.

How ever I needed advice, I would moving on to a new job . Please advice , if I should inform Visa Office.

Admin please update he spread sheet , please advice on my job change , should i inform the VIsa office
