I am 5th Aug applicant, NOC 2173, payment mode -DD

AFTER THE LATEST CAP UPDATE, should I still have hope for dd encashment as few 12 aug apicants have been charged

Hello Everyone. Shocking discovery when India woke up today. 2173 also reached cap. :'(

Can anyone please share the mail ID to mail CIC.

This is to find out if September / October applicants fall in the 1000 CAP. If not, better to start preparing for EE. :

I am Sept 16, 2173 app.

I am 04th Sept 2173 applicant.............

His application received 2 weeks later than mine. He got PER, same payment method, same NOC. Doesn't it mean I am rejected?

Hello All,
My mother's name is different in some docs (same in passport and BC) and (same in 10th 12th and LC).
Is it okay if I, as her daughter made an affidavit about the same... That both the names belongs to one person . OR It's like the only one way that she has to do this affidavit?

If these are completely two different names then it should be from your mother's side (with reason for name change if any e.g. marriage etc). And f it is only minor spelling mistake then affidavit from your side would suffice.

Guys SAD news ,as i received my packet in my village,i just got call from my parents.Have suggested them to send me my rejection letter in mail.12 JUNE DD APPLICANT.

Very sorry to hear that, I am really feeling bad for you mate but please do not loose your heart, this is not the end of world. Please share the contents of rejection letter once you get that.
It is better you start preparing for another application if your NOC is not Capped or nearing Cap. Take best help of the forum to prepare your next application.

If ur visa office is NDVO, no need to send. VO is not concerned abt ur visas after submission of application. Although, even its LVO, i don't think u need to send.

P.S: No idea abt which email they will respond to.

Nope brother...This does not indicates that u have rejected....Sometimes it takes time compare to other applicants.....

I can give u an example that, before two weeks, u were also anxious with this thing that ur later applicants have gotten PER.....

So how this applicant -Adisu01 got PER? As per ur predication he should have been rejected already......


So just be patient....

Check what happens....I am again telling ---- time have not elapsed yet for early Jul applicants.....

If u get ur PER then dont forget to invite me for a treat....

Did you get SMS from bank that the payment of 1100 CAD on so and so date.
If you are looking in online statement it will show as pending, but its not an issue
For your comfort call the customer care and put question on the same.
