Got a mail from CIC today stating that my file is being transferred to my local VO, along with a UCI and File number.I'm guessing my application must have been positive.
Good Luck to all who are waiting for a response from CIO.Will update the SS if this email is considered a PER .This forum has been very informative and thanks for all the info around on this forum

Hi All,

with heavy heart, i want to share one sad news.

I received email from cic team that my application is returned as it is incomplete and is returned on 17 september to HYDERBAD.

Could you please tell how many days it takes to receive the application set.

Good to see lot of friends getting desired results..

Is there any hope left for people who are waiting for MR with second line updation since 60 days.

The trend gives speedy MRs in max 10 days. I am stuck since 50 days now. My friends are stuck since 60 -75 days.

Please please please with your experience please tell if there is any hope.

This wait is really taking a toll on us very very badly.

Please friends give your inputs.

Its been 20 days since i received my PER. An ECAS update shows "We received your application for permanent residence on June 9, 2014"
When will second line of update be der. And after 2nd update how many days it take to get MR request??

Do not worry soon you will get second line/MR. As many people got MR without second line update.

June has already started getting MR

Shall I fill not travelled for supplementary form as I travelled only Nepal and India......
Shall I fill my status for current country of residence I.e. India = free migrant as per treaty.... Or indo Nepal treaty..... Or permanent residence...... Please reply soon I am planning to send the app by Friday......

Experts,

My NOC is 2173 and the application reached CIC on 27th Aug. I had my birth certificated attached with name space in certificate <blank>! Perhaps that is because the birth certificate was issued just a day after I was born. Neither I have my parents name on 10th or 12th certificate. It is just on the transfer certificate issued from college. An affidavit was attached in my application stating all these.

I have re-applied for birth certificate and received it today with name imprinted on it.

Please let me know how do I send it and ask CIC to refer old application received on 27th Aug. Is there any formal template for this?
