PCC only for primary applicant is enough or is it req for dependents as well?

Can someone (whenever u get time), plz explain the step by step procedures and docs required to get a PCC in India.
It would be a great help for me and may be for some applicants in my stage. Thanks a lot.

I would suggest to take a simple route rather than visiting PSK...
Go to Police Bhavan or SSP office in your city... Ask for a PCC request form.... Fill in your details... Submit completed form with any four address proofs as specified... In 2 days you will be called to appear at your local Police station... they will issue you the PCC....

First of all, nobody's sir here. Nearly everyone here is either current or a former applicant for the FSWP just like you. I am sure people here can understand your curiosity. But you know there is no alternative. If you keep posting this message, it'll only hurt your own image. People in this forum will be able to help only if there is an answer available. Please be patient, that's in your own as well as this forum's interests.

Still, if you are keen to do something, I'd suggest send emails to CIO instead of asking this on this forum. CIO will have an accurate answer to your question! Besides, 121 days isn't late so you should have your hopes high!

Hello,
I am from India and still gathering documents to apply under FSWP. I want to know that:
If i mail my application documents in last days of December 2014 say around 20th December. And if my file reach Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia during Christmas holidays or after 31 Dec 2014 say in first week of January 2015. Will they consider my application for further processing and if not, will they refund fee ?

To the best of my knowledge if they don't consider your application they will not charge you the fee i.e. they will not take it in the first place so there is no question of a refund. I think this is true because if you don't make the CAP your application is returned with the fee. I am sure of this. However if they do consider your application, and it is incomplete, then I think you fee is gone. This is my humble opinion.

Yeah, they send NER if application gets rejected after charging and have made inquiry regarding status of application through e-mails otherwise they just send application back stating the reason for denial through snail mail. I am too waiting yet something to know since mine was received on 2nd,July.

They send and email if the application was rejected after the charge and specify wither they are going to refund or not.

If ur address on your passport n ur current city is same .
U will get Pcc from psk in 1 hour .

Just google and u will get the process in 5 mints
