Hi All,

I am 16 july applicant with CC charged on 31st Oct. I am expecting PER for 16th July applicants monday onwards.

Today we saw louie_tatz1's application was returned due to points not awarded for relative in canada.

I am also claiming 5 points under relative in canada. I am worried because the only residential address proof of my aunt that i shared was her bank statement which was a single page e-statement.

This anxiety is not letting me sleep.

Does anyone have an idea if bank statement alone would be good enough?

URGENT QUERY for PCC USA:
Hi All,
Last month i got medical and PCC submission request from CIC.
my case: i am staying in USA from Aug, 2013, so CIC needs FBI report for Police clearance. But mistakenly, i have got clearance report from Department of Justice, Bureau of Criminal Information and Analysis - California. But when i was preparing the documents to send, I have realized that it may not be the exact document CIC needs.

On this realization, i have immediately applied for FBI clearance report. But, it may take few weeks to get that. Deadline to send these document is reaching by 1st week of December.

Can you please suggest me the available options.
Can I request CIC to allow me few more weeks to submit new FBI report. I will send the original report i soon as i get it.
or Can i Request CIC to consider the "Department of Justice" report as police clearance for my stay in USA

Dear Sir,

I have sent my application in october and have used generic form of march 2014, whereas an updated version of june 2014 was also available on site. will it be a matter of concern ?

Please do an update to the forms nd send it quickly,application can be rejected nd returned for using an old form

Yes send an email to ur local VO....Also send a link of FBI that they are taking 12 weeks now for sending FBI report....

Such requests are acceptable to CIC....So dont worry.....Also u may send the cali PCC....
