Things to note ..

* Submitted only reference letters from colleagues and
* 10th Certificate + Self Affidavit instead of Birth Certificate

Yes i am taking all address proof's.

Few more related questions;
1) If i walkin, then what would be further porcess? Will they take the form and verify it and inform us when to come back to give PCC or else they will do then and there itself since all related proofs i am submiting? They will, usually, give you PCC the same day if the address on the passport is current and verification has been done in the past. Else,they will conduct re-verification and you have to collect the same from PSK after verification is done.
2) Should i hide the FIle No. when they or if they ask for personal security reason ? - If you dont feel confident, then dont carry your pcc request letter. My feel is that it is a government office, hence may not be misused in any way.

This is JASPAL SINGH (Principal Applicant), date of Birth:11 may 1983 ,UCI No: XXXXXXXX ,Application No: XXXXXXXXX, received the request for Medicals and RPRF fees on 7 Nov 2014 under FSW category.

Along with my medical form IMM1017, I have received the medical form for my Spouse with UCI No: XXXXXXXX . Although she has not applied for Immigration along with me at the beginning of the application.

I would like to know that I need to pay RPRF fees of CAD490 for the JASPAL SINGH (principal applicant) only or the RPRF fees of my spouse also?

Any help in this regards will be highly appreciated.

Congrats for the Medicals. First of all you should not disclose your UCI and File numbers. Please edit your original post and mask them immediately.

RPRF needs to be paid for only accompanying dependents whom you had mentioned. Medicals though need to be done for all dependents whether accompanying or not.

Dude, There is one number, but it is useless. I tried faxing something, after trying 10 times, was unsuccessful. Reason it says this is not a fax no.

Did u receive any additional letter from CIC explaining the reason for the rejection , apart from the ones that you shared here ?
