Can seniors give a guide like how many items on the NOC page we should match? In reality, we are quite impossible to match all the lead statements on NOC page.

u can start enquiring now but not be anxious and give another week and check again.
mine ICICI 10th July DD encashed 30 Oct (according to Bank) and 28 Oct (according to CIC).
Probably CIC considers the day they initiate encashment while the bank considers the actual date of debit.

Dear Seniors,

My application reached CIO on 10th July 2014, my CC is not charged neither by application is returned.
I have sent an inquiry email on 3rd November 2014. From the forum I gather that CIC may take from 30 to 45 days to respond.
that means I would get a reply only in December. What are my options other than to wait and express entry?

My wife is applying for PR visa and myself dependent working as IT analyst.
My wife prepared package including her reference letters, employment history, bank..etc.

Now question is, do I need to show my employment reference letters as well ? Because in Form IMM0008 - asked for Dependent Employment details & Education.

Also asked for Intended occupation - NOC code.

I am June 16,2014 applicant in NOC 2133. My DD got charged on 10-10-2014.
But no PER mail yet,I put my quiery 7 days back in case specific queiry but no reply yet.
Should i send quiery mail to CIC-Sydney-Search-Enquiry@cic.gc.ca. Please advice me about

What happens if me and my wife gets PR Visa and only i travel to Canada and get PR card. Would my spouse also need to travel along with me to activate her permanent residency? What happens if she fails to travel along with me and her PR visa expires, do I have to sponsor her fresh PR application?

I would like to tell you that CIC did not refuse his application in 2013 because of this reason . CIC accepted Duplicate report last year.
My question is this year he sends the photocopy of that duplicate report which he sends last year and I just wanted to know is it Ok ? And also wanted to Know Is CIC able to assess his report Online? As I read previous post of someone that if Service level : FSWP credential assessment it means CIC can assess. and What is the meaning of service level: WES ICAP.

Please write your views on every doubts.

Technically it should be no problem. But, to avoid any confusion, it would be better if there is a covering letter explaining the same in bullet points...covering the background from the lost original to the additional with CIC, and then the subsequent copy...attached with this application. All the best!

That's correct. There will be some deadline in which one has to go and collect PR card, if your spouse is not doing so then you have to put fresh application.
