Wanted to share my experience with Indian Consulate NY.

For those of you who are applying PCC at Indian Consulate NY by mail.

It took exactly 10 business days to get back my PCC and passport.

How do you know that they are pending and not rejected?

Don't talk of rejection like that... I think his application reached CIC on 9th July.... the person might get a heart attack....

Although CPAs have pretty much same workload the files they are dealing with requiry different level of scrutiny, so wait a little longer, especially if your NOC begins with "0". 114 days is hardly enough to receive application back with snail mail. Stay positive.

You will not have negative PCC because of that.
