Hi members. All of my reference letters from different companies does not include job duties. My NOC is 2132 and worked as a piping engineer since 2004.

Company A – 2004 to 2008
I’ve submitted a reference letter plus yearly salary appraisal and promotion letter. Company does not provide reference letter with job duties.
Company B – 2008 to 2012
I’ve submitted a reference letter plus yearly contracts and pay slips. Contract clearly mentions working hours, benefits and salary details. Company does not provide reference letter with job duties.
Company C – 2012 till date
I’ve submitted a reference letter plus yearly contracts. Company does not provide reference letter with job duties. However, job duties were included in yearly contract plus salary details.

I’m afraid this will be the cause of my rejection. Here is the summary of my points even if CIO will only consider my Company C work experience.

Education - 21
Language - 23
Experience - 11
Age - 12
Adaptability - 05
Total : 72

July 14 applicant and no cc charge till date. I’ve also taken into account that if my application was incomplete I should have received it by now.
Saw a previous post with the same noc and application date of July 14 was returned to him on October 2, 2014. PCC is also included in the application as well as more than enough proof of funds.
I called my bank in advance to let them know of the charges. CIO, please take my money. :D

Dear, Plz browse around :)

How is immigrating to Quebec different than immigrating to the rest of Canada? (find this in below link)

FSW is for people who don't intend to settle in Quebec. If you intended to settle in Quebec, you should have applied under QSW.

Normal time frame is 45 to 60 days, but no one is sure. There have been applicants who have received within 45 days whereas there are guys like me who received a second line update just few days back after 60 days but no MR.

So you can keep in mind the time frame of max 60 - 70 days. I mean max limit as you requested. ;D

Bro i know its a different procedure, its for people who are better in French ....

but my thing is, that even though you applied to FSW you have the right to move to Quebec, im talking about the right , im not saying i am gonna do that, many people i know applied to FSW and moved directly to Quebec, where did you read that its forbidden ????

I KNOW THERE ARE DIFFERENT APPLICATIONS BUT TELL ME WHERE DID YOU READ ITS FORBIDDEN ????
