Sternchen is absolutely right. The spouse also gets a Canadian PR visa though he / she is not the Principal applicant and hence can work full time in Canada (other than Quebec obviously).

I have helped my 2 friends for filing of app...28 June n 16 July.... Both have got per n cc charged....I was 11 July.....no cc charging....

Why I am being tested??

Charging doesn't happen exactly as per FIFO. A few days here and there happens for few applications depending on how complicated the application is in terms of multiple job switching, Multiple countries of residence, Relatives in Canada, Work experience in multiple countries, affidavit checking, etc, etc, etc.

Your turn will come soon. Be hopeful. There shouldn't be any mistake in your application as the people you have helped with applications have been charged. You obviously must have filled the right details for yourself as well.

I am May 7th applicant, got PER on 11th August waiting for MR from NDVO....

FOR PHILIPPINES :

Local Requests
Applicants should apply in person and pay applicable fees at the local National Bureau of Investigation (NBI). Fingerprints and photographs will be taken at the time of application. The certificate must have a thumbprint and include a dry seal.

Non-Resident Requests
Applicants can apply to the nearest Philippine embassy or consulate. The application must include a full set of fingerprints taken and certified by the recognized police or law enforcement agency of the applicant's place of residence, with two black-and-white photographs (2x2 in.). Alternatively, applicants may apply directly to the National Bureau of Investigation head office at:

Navraj you need to submit original IELTS Score Card else your file will be rejected.

I know one condition is that if point calculation is less then 67, can any one help with more condition/reasons of application rejection after payment charge ?

how duplicate WES report create issue in PER? please let me know as i also sent duplicate WES report along with CIC online WES checking option.

It did not create an issue - just caused delay in issuing the PER. I got my PER 3 weeks after my CC was charged.
