Completeness Check

1. They received couriers and do a initial documentation check for completeness and compliance of the application.
2. Check if the applications forms are all completely filled, payments are ok, all required documentation are enclosed.
3. Check if we have valid 1 year experience in the claimed NOC(a part of the 29 occupations list)

Need some feedback from senior members
I have been stuck as my graduation certificate could not be verfied by the college due to university strike. Now finally they have arrived, which I would need to send to WES, My Ielts scores are fine 8.5/7.5.7/6.5. I am just wondering if its too late to go for FSW2014.

My query: If I finish all the documents and submit by Nov 15th, Should I go ahead submit or get ready for next year Express Entry and try my luck then? Although I was surprised to see the numbers on CIC website well below the cap given such a large volume of applicants globally.

Nobody can tell you with surety. Some applicants receive the MR immediately after second line update and some receive MR without the updation of second line.

Are you enlisted in the SS ?

Hi -

Can anyone share their experience with Indian PCC from PSK where police verification is required? I applied today and they sent it to SP office for verification. They are saying it will take 7 to 10 days for verification, and I am traveling to the US next week

Anyone tried getting PCC from SP/ DSP/ Commissioner/ ACP/ DCP office? Pls share who you approached and how you got it.

Email received from CIO: 23rd Oct
ECAS status: In Process from 24th Oct

My app was receipved on 23rd May 2014.

VO: New Delhi

PER: 15 Sept 2014

I am expecting medical request in the upcoming week. But I have a serious doubt. PLEASE HELP!

My husband's passport expires in sept 2015.

Do we need to renew the passport before medical or after medicals and before passport request?

And what if we do not renew? We are going insane as we have to submit docs in 45 days of request.

Help will be appriciated!

Brother it's not like that but it wholly solly depends upon the NOC- National Occupation Code in which u are going to apply.
Please let us know about your NOC like 2174, 1112 etc.

You can obtain PCC from your citys police headquarters!

You can get form and fill for PCC!

Then they will send the submitted copy to your local area's police station!

The local police will call you for verification with photos, passport copies and residence documents!

Then the form will be sent back to head quarters and they will prepare PCC!

You can get it in 3-4 days ! and its valid!

I had the same case. I have got my renewed passport before medicals. And send the updated BIO pages copy (even in the PER mail...they ask for any changes in the docs and their supporting proof).

CIC Rule says: CIC is going to give you 1 year or validity of your passport after the date when cic receive medicals.

Take appointment today and go for tatkal seva.

Thanks, What is AOR meant for? Does this mean my application is accepted? My visa office is London. Someone in the forum mentioned that its AOR if visa office Sydney. In my case it is not.
