I really need your advice on this. I am confused. Please help..
My friend worked as a graphic designer for 3 years and then he worked in advertising for another 3 years. He will apply under the noc code 1123 (Professional occupations in advertising, marketing and public relations) because graphic designer is not an eligible occupation.
If he gets letters for his both experience, will he be able to obtain 15 points? Or will he only get 11 points for his advertising experience?

You have to match graphic designer with a valid NOC from types 0, A or B.

If you do so he will get points for 6 years of experience.

-Copy of Nikkah Nama with a translation
-Payment of the Right of Permanent Residence Fee
-Medical results (you will receive a separate email with instructions)
-Please complete and return the attached Updated Information Chart
-Updated copies of the passport biopage for yourself and each family member
-Original police certificate for Australia for yourself

I have following queries:

Please note that I can not have Nikkah Nama as I am non muslim (hindu). Plz suggest what should I send as a proof. I have already sent marriage certificate from local government.

Secondly, I was in Australia at the time of sending application and had already sent police clearance certificate but in the email they have again asked for original certificate which would be difficult or not possible to get as I am back to my home country i.e. Pakistan. What should I do in this case?

Finally, can anyone provide the link and details for paying RPRF.

Do they reply over email and how long do they take to reply.

You can still apply for Australian PCC from your home country through this site https://afpnationalpolicechecks.converga.com.au/. go ahead and complete now so that you could get your pcc early. Yes there is a NOC type B with 5241 - Graphic designers and illustrators, but this is not an eligible occupation this year?

As I understand, eventhough his secondary experience is not an eligible occupation, it still counts?

Im very surprised they asked again for Australian PCC, what issue date it has on the paper? The other thing is that they might want to see your personal address from Pakistan and not Australia, PCC from Australia is valid for 12 months.

I am just wondering how CIC will calculate the years of experience. Is it going to in calender months(i.e 12 months= 1 year) or hours worked (1440 hours=1 year; that is, min of 30/week).
