As per one forum member SMSS...we can see that sometimes you can directly get MR even without PER...

So cross your fingers and have faith in your docs and yourself

Bro..they store all your records..they know you applied under NOC 1112..what you need to make sure is whatever NOC you chose next is not totally different from previous one..one thing am sure of is they have all your records, which you can also get to know by applying for GCMS notes...

Hi Guys,

I am a 12th June DD 1112 applicant.......I came to know about my rejection and was told that my file is coming back though I don't know the reason. I do have the UCI number.

I was also told that my file was sent back around Sept. end......I need to know about couple of questions?

1. In how much time do I expect my file to reach me? Place - New Delhi
2. Since 1112 is about to get filled and I would stand no chance in this NOC, I am planning to send my application again in another NOC...I have 4 companies on my resume. So should I change the roles and responsibilities for only one of the company or for all???
Also, would CIC have record of my previous roles and responsibilities submitted earlier and would they come to know if I change them now? How does it affect my application?

Any sort of help is much appreciated.

Its possible that 12th June was too late. 1112 is already capped !

It would be more appropriate to say that PER may end up in junk mail or lost during shipping (in case of snail mail), BUT if the CPA at CIO has passed positive determination of eligibility the file WILL be transfered to a VO that MAY send MR at it's discretion.

Glad to know I'm not the only one feeling this same thing. It saddens me to say that this same person you are referring to had not understood what "INSENSITIVITY" really means nor had accepted that he had uttered a very careless statement.

Now let me suggest another scenario here... Why don't you all try and replace the bit where it says London to "New Delhi" or "Singapore" or "Manila" for that matter, so you would all know what some people here feels. That is what the seniors should have addressed before "closing" this issue down.

Hi Yienyanz,

I know it does not feel good with such statements. But, do you feel it requires so much importance. Does it change anything or will it have any undue influence on London VO. At times, we need to forgive people, not because they deserve it, but we need peace of mind.

Please put this affair on the back burner and look forward to the better things ahead of you.... living in Canada.
