I need to ask about MR
1) when we receive MR, does that mean that our application got accepted? Is there any case where the application got refused after that? -- Think positively, so far atleast i havent heard rejection after MR request. Unless there are some deadly diseases.
2) Do we receive PCC requests and MR at the same time? --- Yes it can happen. For me it was together.
3) If we've been called to interview, is that after or before MR? -- Interviews can happen any time, this statement is per CIC sites and emails.

Hello Seniors,

I m 9th June applicant. PER: 04th Oct. NOC: 0113.

I will be leaving my job on 31st Oct. Apart from Relieving letter and Full and Final Settlement Payslip what are the other papers I have to send to NDVO to update.

I will not be working for a while till the time I get my PR visa if all goes well, hope thats fine with the NDVO people or will they ask for any explanation for not working anywhere. I already have more than 3 years of exp in my NOC.

Do we also have to send a Covering Letter along with the documents or its not necessary.

Please Advice.....

Visa office- NDVO
Accompanying spouse is in Canada on Study permit for last two years
Question for getting PCC---

Principal applicant will get PCC from India as he is in India. For Spouse Will CIC ask PCC from India and Canada both?
For getting PCC from India , Will spouse has to come India or she can get it from Canada?

your wife can apply for PCC from Indian High Commission in Canada and then you can share.

That mean you have cleared eligibility & background section. Yes there can be refusal if you fail Medical test or Security section
2) Do we receive PCC requests and MR at the same time? It depends on VO. Some do receive it together & some don't.
3) If we've been called to interview, is that after or before MR?
There are 2 types of interview
Pre -Med: To check everything is on legitimate, documents re-verification, to check whether duties comply with NOC, etc.
Post-Med: This kind of interview is kind of quality assurance check or you can chit chat session. I read some interview in which they say that they went there & had chit-chat, share some jokes, talked about Canada or future planning, etc.
