Hello Seniors, need help in understanding my case,
Applied for NOC: 2173, App delivered on Sept-10th (as per DHL)
Issue: My complete name is not mentioned in my employment documents (doc says "S Ashok Chandra" in place of "Surineni Ashok Chandra Chowdary" also there is a one letter difference in my wife's BC ("i" instead of "y")

Could some one pls clarify if this would pose a problem? if in case I stand a change to fall with in the CAP

It doesn't seems a big problem, but to be on a safer side you can send a same name affidavit.

Recently i informed NDVO about change of address in the application submitted through Case specific inquiry and today i got below replay from NDVO -

"Please be advised that in view of change of residences for you and your spouse kindly send updated Schedule A for you and your spouse".

But they did not mention the method of submission, I mean courier or case specific inquiry (document upload section).




Friends please advice me the suitable mode of sending updated forms.

Congrats. Can you please confirm if your CC is Indian (Visa) card? Just wondering how the transaction completes without Secure Pin (OTP) ? Please educate us.

CIo Is not a merchant and hence does not require otp or vbv or any password

Email and Mail them requested forms. Also mention in email that you have already mailed original forms.

I am 4th Jul applicant under noc 0112, no news. Payment mode HDFC CC

Hi Goku and Experts,

Passport request:
Once the immigration authorities are ready to issue the Visa, applicant will be required to submit their original passport for Visa Stamping. Original Passport must be submitted for the Principal applicant as well as each accompanying family members. Each passport will need to be valid for at least 12 months and have minimum of 2 pages per visa.


regarding the above point;


I am the pricipal applicant and my passport expiry date is for more than 5 years from now which is not a problem
My wife is secondary applicant but her passport is valid for less than 10 months from now. Will this be a problem when submitting passport?

If there is a problem, please let me know what steps i should take in place.
