i will ask the same question like yesterday night hoping i can get similar case, in the Generic forum at last page there a consent to share infromation with the intended province for stay, its requested to write your first and last name, I'm not sure i wrote my name there, is it gonna to cause the rejection of the file, its not a signtaure just first and last name but i dont remember i worte or not, please advise me if you know similar cases, i signed the form ofcourse but this!!!!!

Its tough to tell ahmed. Did you tick the box for consent and declaration. I think if you tick that box and signed the form you may get through. However no one can be sure. Good luck.

Hello AAahmed,

it should not be a reason for the rejection. I have seen some previous post where applicants had done some bigger mistakes and still found their PER. So, dont worry and just hope for positive things.

What is application date?

Though proof of its mendatory and should be sent with application only. But now you should immediatley send revised funds proof with explaination. Take help of below post on how to send additional documents

Make a cover letter, You can take idea fromthe below letter for the format. Also email cio in the day your courior is delivered stating the delivery details of both the couriors along with

I am 16 june DD applicant and my encashed on 9th oct as my bank informed me.
But i have not get PER mail till today.is it normal or it may be some rejection chances even after DD encashed?
Is 20 days normal waiting period after Payment?

Try With your UCI # with and with out "-" (hyphen)

For e.g. 12345678 & 1234-5678

If it is Application # Select Application # and not Client ID from the list.

And if still it doesn't show may be it is still being processed. Try in a couple of days. If still not then you would want to worry. LOL!!!

please advise if I can update the payment information that was submitted in the application document (Credit Card Information).

I have to update my payment information because the bank informed us (My sister as card holder) that they ended their contract with the current credit card company (Master Card) ,that was provided on the application and we received a new credit card ( Visa).

How can I provide the new card information to CIC

Are you even hopeful to get charged? I'm not.

160 days from the date of App received / 47 days from the date of PER / SS updated already

Submit by - 45 days

instruction - to send photocopies of PP, but strictly mentioned not Original PP.
medical forms - 3 separate forms & email (as we are 3 members)

1. As i have stayed 3 years in canada, they have not asked me for canada PCC, so its cleared ppl having question where they required a PCC from canada, if stayed - Nope not required

2. If change in your family composition - one must need to update VO immediately as this may affect the processing requirements and processing time for your application
