First of all calm down my friend , and i hope your dad is better now, Anyway .. please note that no news is good news !! .. anyway there was this website we were checking yesterday and were discussing for over delayed files .

Really I am in depression and stunned before my future . If anyone can answer my question, it would be a big relief for me. I have applied in FSW2013 on 2263 Inspectors in public and environmental health and occupational health and safety and I have got file number last week of January 2014. As others do , I waited for the medical and expected within two months since I got file number, but unfortunately it didn't happened and I got a verification call from Delhi on 16 th of June 2014, at the time of they call me I was not able to answer them as I was not in a good mood because my father had some heath issues. They called me after called my employer who is not well-versed in English. I was on leave that day and I was bit afraid of the call and couldn't answer well towards their questions those are regarding my JOB. I thought they would call me for physical interview but they won't ....after 2 month and 10 days , they sent a letter which tells they don't think my experience is genuine and they need a letter as a reply within 1 month .. If I don't send within the time frame, they will take a decision as per my file and it is not convincing as they expect, they take a decision to reject my application ..I have sent the reply within 1 week and still waiting for the result. Each and everyday I am checking the status of my application which shows STILL IN PROCESS. Today becomes 60 th day since my letter reached at visa office. My doubt is, why they are delaying so long ? if they want to cancel my application it would be better to do it early as possible , so that I can move on to other options..! OR are they trying call me for physical interview or by phone again ?........I am still in an uncertainty....Please do help me to get a fine answer...Thank you all Embarrassed Embarrassed

160 days from the date of App received / 47 days from the date of PER / SS updated already

instruction - to send photocopies of PP, but strictly mentioned not Original PP.
medical forms - 3 separate forms & email (as we are 3 members)

1. As i have stayed 3 years in canada, they have not asked me for canada PCC, so its cleared ppl having question where they required a PCC from canada, if stayed - Nope not required

2. If change in your family composition - one must need to update VO immediately as this may affect the processing requirements and processing time for your application

What's so insensitive about it?

I wish that I get my PR after 2 years, and that's perfectly for a good selfish reason. I do not wish that everyone on this forum get their visa delayed. Everyone here has personal preferences. Even practically we can say that everyone is competing here for a Canada PR, because there is a CAP, those who apply faster and with complete file would get it. Those who don't, gets their file returned!

Everyone here says, I wish my file reaches before CAP is full.

So do you say that those sent complete file on time were insensitive?
It's about personal choices. I am not living in a third world country now, and I am doing fairly well where I am at present so I do not want a PR any soon. I want to buy time so that I make a decision which is best for MY OWN future!

You basically generalized the whole LVO to work SLOWWW for your own personal, (and like you admitted) SELFISH reason. I think you wrote that comment so you can BOAST to everyone that you are processing 2 PR visas. All hail Jaxon the one processing 2 PR's!!! ---- In the face of some people here who can't sleep nor eat just waiting for their papers move.

It is better to keep your mouth closed and let people think you are a fool than to open it and remove all doubt.

Think Positive, Overcome the negative feelings. Have faith in yourself and Almighty. You will definitely get positive result. Its Law of nature that, you get only that what you think. so start thinking all the positive things about the immigration process. what happens , happens for good only. if there is delay in your cause, there must be something good in that. so keep your worries aside and cheer up . Didn't Vo ask for the PCC of India? if not when did you get your PCC?

Ofcouse PCC from india, thats what i wrote in bold
PCC not acquired yet, but sooner this week to get it
