Yes i have sent 6 photographs, with Name, DOB & Date of Picture behind 5.
The picture size is 45X35mm but chin to crown is 18mm.
Can this be an issue?
Should i send 6 photgraphs with proper size in a separate courier?

It may be an issue what i think, since your application is already with them, you have no choice.
you can give a shot by sending Photographs via courier along with explanation letter.

and keep looking for some more advice, if anybody is aware of this kind of case.

Hello friends
I am a bit confused about the ECA for doctors as I plan to apply for Specialst Category NOC 3111. I understand that my Primary Medical Degree (MBBS) will be given ECA through Medical Council of Canada but what about my Specialty Diploma? MCC website states that they are designated by Govt of Canada to give ECA for Primary Medical Qualification. However the CIC website states that all applicants under Family Physician and Specialist Physician must apply for ECA of their qualifications with the MCC. Am really confused what to do. I have mailed both MCC and CIC but so far there is no response from them. This is delaying my application. Any advice or knowledge in this regard would be greatly appreciated.

How if on the main duties, I wrote please refer to the attchment which I mean the reference Letter. I didn't mention anything abt my duties.
Would It be alright?

job duties are must,
my brother in law's file was sent back last year, because he didn't sent the refernce letter with job duties, rest everything he sent like payslip, appt. letter, releiving letter, appraisel letter, etc.
so reference letter with job duties, hours,salary,etc is must.

Hey Rahim,


Apply for the noc where ur duties match rather than d job title. Job title is not as imp as the duties n take u performed.

Do not write ur own experience letter on the company letter pad. As it's clearly mentioned the letter shud hav company seal/stamp and signature of authorized personal. If the company is not giving u letter. U can make an affidavit and mention the reason why u where not able to provide the document.

Is there any negative impact on my file if i prepared affidavit for job duties. If no than shall i give the reason that my employer will not issue any kind of experience letter till my service is continue with them.
Second thing i can arrange the company seal/stamp and signature of my lead. Will they verify it with my lead???

I'm planning to include my spouse IELTS score for getting 5 additional points.

i will be the primary applicant and i'm NOT applying visa for my wife when i file the application.

I understand that i have to give details about my wife in application, though i'm not applying visa for her.

My question is, Shall i claim the additional 5 points from spouse IELTS score, though i'm not applying visa for spouse.

I need your Advise I have already sent my app for 2174, but I found that i missed to fill Additional Family Declaration form on my native language whether they will reject my app? also I missed to provide translation for my degree certificate as its already contains native language as well in English translation on the certificate itself, whether it will impact my application?

So one can copy the same text that appears in the reference letter from the Employer for filling the roles and responsibilities in the Schedule 3 Form Question 12(B)..??

Yes you can attach a white plane paper mentio the NOC passport number and also mention which question you are reply for and add all the roles and responsibilities you have taken on reference letter.

On the cic form many addition sheet attached in the fields to point it out.

You can attach a supplementary document, or...

When this happens you might be better using a pen rather than completing it electronically, and there is another way... I used a bit of software to annotate the PDF (to write on top of it) - I found "xournal" quite straightforward (other programs exist, your mileage may vary )

Referring to my previous inquiry:

I studied my first 2 years of bachelor study in a USA community college and then transferred to a USA university for 3rd and 4th year and obtained a graduation certificate. However, I do no have any degree awarded in my first 2 years of study as it is common to transfer to an university from community college in USA.

Now the problem is:
In my WES application, I have filled up both the college study for first 2 years and the University in last 2 years.
I have asked both community college and university to send the transcript to WES already, plus my copy of university graduation certificate.
However, I DO NOT have a graduation certificate from the community college which WES requires.

Can anyone help me solve this problem? I am worried my WES will not start evaluate my education as they said not all required documents are received. Can I send an explanation to WES to tell them the situation due to transferring from community college to University in USA? Will they consider that?

Anyone experience this transfer student situation before?

Besides, my 2 transcript has already reached WES on Saturday but my status is still "waiting for required documents". I heard that there is a link in the status account to show that which documents have been received and which one not; however, I can only find an overall status of "waiting for required documents". May I know where I can find that link?

If you are really desperate for writing IELTS fast and applying for FSW Within June,

then
take IELTS general in neighbouring countries like Nepal( you dont require visa for it, You just have to carry your passport for exam).

Or you can travel to countries like Thailand, Indonesia - on arrival visa. just carry your passport for exam.

If not travel to neighbouring countries like singapore, malaysia- this required atleast 1 week processing.
