IVR will guide you through, only point is that you have to not react when it asks you to enter your UCI or App no. After three times the call will be transferred to the agent.
The questions they asked me to search my application
1. Family Name
2. First name
3. Date of birth

And to authenticate
1. Country of birth
2. Cell no.

My Application was received on 3rd July...DD from thomas cook..NOC 0112

Thomas cook confirmed today that my DD has been encashed on 21st October.

hi all , I want to send E _ mail to ensure that my additional paper has been attached to my application what is the right e_mail to ask them to collect my papers together

After one week of your additional documents being received to CIO, send e-mail at cio-sydney-search-enquiry @ cic.gc.ca asking whether your additional documents have been added to the original application package. Attach the scan copy of your additional doc. Mention your Full Name, DoB, UCI (of you have any), Passport number. Also provide the detail of when and who received your original package as well as additional documents through which couriers.

Hi members and seniors,

I sent my FSW Application adding PPF amount as 100% in my proof of fund and made approx. entry in CAD in application based upon that, but someone posted today that the PPF is accounted as 50% only.

1. What steps I can take now because if CIC calculates based upon this 50% thing I might not have attached proofs of exact amount, I have mentioned?

(I do have a fully owned & without loan car which I was planning to sell and take that amount if visa application get through, but have not mentioned so or added while making calculation. So arranging the finance is not the problem but it is how to show it same to CIC as per their satisfaction.)

2. So Is it necessary that all the proofs of fund would be attached with the initial application, only?

3. Is there any option that person can gain more amount during the processing period and get that accounted for as proof of fund?

Mine was payable at SBI Toronto I guess, it has to be CANADA... but as I mentioned earlier, this is not your job to fill the option for >PAYABLE WHERE<

The bank issuing the DD will take care of that.

You just take care of the additional details that I provided...
