Seniors.. I need advise. I have sent another application NOC 4011 which was received by CIC on Sept 09, 2014. Can I ask CIC to withdraw this file? If yes, Please suggest the mechanism.

I sent second application bcz i was having confusion for NOC mismatch Now, as I have got PER for 1114, is there a possibility of rejection due to NOC mismatch reason by NDVO?

I really need some urgent words of wisdom on my query.

Congratulations for PER.

You need to write to cio to withdraw your application with all possible details like name surname, dob, pp number application delivery date, noc etc.

In my openion now you can not be rejected directly for noc mismatch by vo, if you have doubt about noc mismatch, then you should send a revised reference letter covering job duties in detail matching the noc you have applied in using cse.

in india also I have spend max 2 months ( once only) as vacation, other vacation stay in india were max 25 to 30 days.
so hope it won't be any problem.

I would like to know exact procedure for PCC. when i visited Commissioner office for inquiry on PCC, a person guided me to go to an agent. I would like to apply personally not through agents. though i have time.
Pls guide me exactly in steps.

Here is the process

Steps:
1. Register yourself using Register Now
2. Login and select option to apply for PCC online.
3. You will be taken through series of questions which you will have to answer
4. Towards the end you need to submit the application by clicking submit button
5. Then it will take you to online appointment booking window. Here it will show you slots availability. This opens at 4:30 pm so you login at this time sharp and select PSK closest to you. Once you select the time slot it will take you thru payment gateway to pay fee of Rs 500/-
6. You can reach PSK as per your slot with the print out of the receipt and documents listed in the receipt.
7. Norally, If your passport address is same as current address then you just need to carry passport original with photocopy of first and last page self attested. Else you need to carry 1 address proof. Receipt tells you what are valid address proofs.

Online slot booking is mandatory for Hyderabad but there are other cities where PSK allow walkin entries. You need to call 040-66720567 to check if you can walkin or need to book appointment.
