In my PER e-map it doesn't say which VO will receive my file for further processing. Can I be a 100% sure it was transferred to the VO I've indicated in my application forms?

Hi, All. Received PER OCt 27, 2014. Application: June 30, 2014. NOC 1114. Mode DD: Encashed on Oct 16, 2014

Seniors.. I need advise. I have sent another application NOC 4011 which was received by CIC on Sept 09, 2014. Can I ask CIC to withdraw this file? If yes, Please suggest the mechanism.

Yes you can withdraw. What was your mode of payment ?? If it was CC then call bank and tell them to block all international transactions. This way they wont be able to charge you for 2nd application, and you application will be returned to you.
If it was DD then its a bit complicated process. But you can surely email CIO-Sydney through case specific inquiry about withdrawal of your second application

I sent second application bcz i was having confusion for NOC mismatch. Now, as I have got PER for 1114, is there a possibility of rejection due to NOC mismatch reason by NDVO?
Very unlikely, but if they doubt it then they might ask you for additional documents.

I really need some urgent words of wisdom on my query.

DHL uses Loomis Express to deliver within Canada. You need to call DHL and get the name of the person who signed the Loomis acknowledgement from DHL!! Good Luck

PER - 27th October (Received mail from CIO a minute ago)

Hi Prayas,
The completeness check happens 4-5 weeks before the application gets charged. In case the application is not complete like signature/form missing etc. the application is returned else it goes to the next step for Eligibility Review.

Yes. Your application will be transferred to VO your selected.

because completeness check is the first step. after that CC/DD are charged and then PER is issued.

So you mean completeness check has been done for applicants from last week of July also and those from first weeks of July whose cards have not been charged are safe, in terms of eligibility/completeness.

What is process flow of FSW PR?

Some people have
1) We have received your application on XXX
2) We have started processing your application
3) Medicals have been received

Where as some others have
1) We have received your application on XXX
2) Medicals have been received

Why this disparity is occuring in the status update?
and mot od the time candidates have Inprocess status for Medicals.

Can any of you explain the process flow chart and stages of updates?
