My wife has 17 brothers and sisters

In form IMM5406-Additional family information form I couldn't get all birthdates of her brothers/sisters for 7 of them I wrote "unknown".

Will that be a reason for rejection?

Unknown DOB should not be reason for rejection. But this info is mainly needed for sponsoring relatives later. That might be a problem later if you need to sponsor them .

I knew that it is needed for sponsoring them later-on, and I was thinking to omit those whom I don't know their birth-dates, then made my mind to be given as much accurate information as I can.

I have filled the fee payment application without section A, so I will send the right application for cic with cover letter, I will use the same mailing address of applications or there is another one for this document??

I had applied for qsw last June got my file number in September..... But nothing so far....so this year applied for fsw on July 4th...how can I withdraw my qsw file.

Sharing a good news with you all that I have recieved PER email on 23 Oct 2014 , on Diwali night & it actualy made my Diwali very special.

I've sent my application package on 08.09.2014. Along with the package I had sent Notarized copy of Birth Certificate of my spouse (wife) with the English translation. However, I have now realized that the Birth Certificate was containing all the information like Date of Birth, Father's Name, Sex of the child born, Place of Birth etc. but the name of child i.e. my wife was not mentioned. Also, I have enclosed secondary school (10th grade) certificate of my wife elsewhere in the application package which clearly mentions the particulars like Name of my wife, Date of Birth and Father's name.

Should I send addnl documents?

I believe you should be good to inform them over the mail and then send all the required documents.

Wow, why are you in such hurry. Have you received PER for FSW14, not yet isn't it. Let both application process simultaneously, you local VO will ask you withdraw one application. have patience.

Firstly my professional license is about to complete for Ontario... So I will be moving to Ontario one fine day... Secondly I ll not withdraw my qsw until I am sure that my fsw is going right way....just wondering how to withdraw the qsw file.

Hi All,
Some very urgent info. I am at the last stages of setting my documents.
I have few confusions:

a) In the event that I don't have a Birth Certificate, will CIC accept my Secondary Exam Admit card , which has my father's name and my birth date.
b) For the event that I don't get any company letter specifying my Roles and responsibilities, what kind of letter from superior needs to be given ? Can that be a normal letter , with his Business Card ?
