You can't get a job in 4011 if you don't have a masters degree... Why would CIC accept an application when an applicant can't satisfy employment requirements? Please see the following link: -

Employment requirement is not set for applicants who are applying for PR. It is people who are applying for LMO/LMIA.

I'm June 6th Applicant, my application was returned yesterday 16-Oct. The cover letter is dated 4-Sep. The application was returned because the signature of the fees payment form was missing, I really can't imagine how I did that mistake . Anyway, it's a chance to re-prepare the new package taking into considerations forum experts advises and notices. SS updated.

In order to go ahead with my new pack, I have the following questions and I really appreciate Seniors and Experts to clarify:

- Does this mean this is the only missing form/document on the application package? They marked the missing signature field only.
May be it is, but don't count on it. Go through the complete application over and over. And have some one proof read it before you re-send it.

- should I re-fill all forms or only the ones that are changed?
you can only re-fill the ones that are changed. I don't see any reason why you'd have to refill the whole thing.

- should I re-print the unchanged forms? or send the old ones. (there are marks done by CIO staff on the forms)

- Is it possible to submit new reference letters that were not submitted at the first time?
Yes, as long as they're in-line with your experience timeline.

- Is it OK to mention the corresponding NOC in the reference letter for each Job I worked at. For example I worked at company A for 2 years as xxxx which matches with NOC 1234 and worked for the next 2 years as yyyy in the same company which matches with NOC 4321, will it be appropriate to mention the corresponding NOC with each job?
No, I believe you'll have to pick ONE NOC. Only that experience will be counted towards your points.

- Is it Ok to apply on 0013 as the main NOC and 2281 as the backup one? I originally applied for NOC 0013 but after checking your opinions and suggestions, I would like to go for another safer NOC.
No problem. Just make sure that your roles and responsibilities in reference letter match with the new NOC Code responsibilities.

- Is it needed to issue a new bank statement? especially I withdrew the available cash as I'm using it for some private business.
I think it would be safe to get a new bank statement if you can, as your current bank statement may be deemed to be too old at the time of your new application processing.

For Egyptian Applicants, especially those who got PER:

- What is the family/household registry/book? I didn't provide such document in the package
- For translated documents, can you please provide me with authorized translation offices certified by Canada Visa office?
- For the translated documents, should they be attested from the foreign affairs office as well?

I do really appreciate your help on answering the above listed questions. I need to re-submit the new pack be end of next week.

1) i have 12K Ca$ in my savings and PPF account. So will the balance certificates from bank will be alright?
2) about the liability, i dont have one at the moment, but i might go for Home loan 3 -4 months down the line (Joint loan with my brother)....so will it effect my application?
3) Also i have an flat which is on my and my brother's name, will that help me for assets?

or while filling the application, i just show funds in my accounts and forget everything ?

Canol, I think the CIO will be processing the applications received on or before Dec 31st, 2014 till April 30th, 2015. But I guess they may not accept new FSWP applications after 31st Dec, 2014. please have a look at this link

the link you have provided refers to a third party website, not CIC. Pls dont rely on 3rd party news. David Cohen is an attorney and its his view, not CICs.
The official Ministerial instructions (MI) in Canada Gazette clearly state that FSW14 programme will continue till April 30th 2015 unless the CAPs get exhausted before that date.
In case there is a change in this, it will be conveyed though another ministerial instruction. till then, no change in FSW14 last date, which will continue to remain 30th April 2015.

No it will not. Your answers for the applications should be true as of today.

Hello Friends Please help

I want to claim 5 points under adaptability for relatives in canada.

My maternal Uncle send the documents as

1) Driving License whose photocopy is not clear
2) Old PR Visa Card Photocopy
3) Bank Statement.
4) Passport Photocopy

The problem is that his PR visa card is expired on june and he applied for new one. When he applied he did not take care of the receipt.
He only has Transaction details of the Bank showing CIC name and charged for it.

Please let me know that wether i can claim 5 points with the 4 points given above.

please suggest as if whether the Bank statement reflecting the Transaction for reissue of PR Visa Card is also Required.

Even if I accept Schedule 3 is checked after charging the credit card. In the document check list, I have not marked the funds proof and offer letter check box.

If the rule is to say, there is no fund exception without permanent offer letter. This can be very clearly caught from my document check list. Ideally they shouldn't have charged my credit card.

Till now there are only two cases where they have rejected the application after charging CC
1. Not getting enough point (<67)
2. Education is not equivalent to Canadian graduation.

First of all apologies to have left midway..got busy with some work and couldn't respond immediately.

Back to the discussion, yes. you have a valid point..I think they primarily use the checklist only as part of completeness check. And technically if incomplete, yours should not be charged. Since you didn't check any of the two options in arranged employment section OR the checkbox for settlement PoF (Q11 or Q15) in the checklist I guess it was oversight by the officer to have missed @ Checklist level itself. In this situation, you should get PER, and VO can asks for pof at that time. Assuming the unfortunate situation otherwise, you have a strong case to get your charge reversed.
I agree it looks without precedence based on your facts. Please share any update on this.

With the NOC codes filling at such an inconsistent pace, it's hard to say for sure. But if I were to guess, I'd say you'll fall within the quota.
