My application reached CIC on 28th August..I have applied for NOC 2173..Recently i got to know that i missed to send my Grad and PG marklists .So i have sent them and they reached on 14th Oct.Planning to mail CIC , to check if my additional documents sent are attached my packet that rchd on 28th August.
I'm hoping for the best.
My question is i have mentioned the payment mode as CC (HDFC Visa Credit Card).Has someone(Indian) who got PER has mentioned the payment mode as Credit Card.?

Got my 3rd line updated " Medical results have been received".
But they did not update my payment of RPRF. I have sent them payment receipt through email.
Do I need to send a printed (hard) copy to CPC-O?

You don't get a status update for that on ECAS regarding RPRF. If you emailed them your receipt, you should be ok.

Hi abhinavinc, I am exactly in the same situation as yours. I am counting on 71 points basis my selection factors, and can get 5 more with my spouse's IELTS TRF. At the time of application she was due to appear for the exam, so instead of waiting I went ahead with the application and included her exam appearance receipt from British Council and the registration email printout to impress upon CIC that if needed, her TRF can be provided for 5 additional points.

I have performed multiple checks to ensure I am getting those 71 points, hence have not sent out her TRF due to same fears as you have: loosing the TRF unnecessarily. If you too are sure of those 69 points, wait and see if CIC ask for it. Plenty of people have sent addendum documents, but it's not a certainty that ours will be successfully added, given the myriad process followed by CIC.

I have sent my application to CIC in last week of September and according to me, without any points added for my spouse, I'm getting a score of 69 . On the off chance that my points are lesser according to the CIC, I want to send my spouse's original Ielts test score to the CIC in Sydney. Do you recommend me sending my spouse's original ielts test certificate to gain adaptability points. I don't have a UCI number yet as my file was sent in September in 2132 and would not have been opened yet. So will the officials in CIC be able to match the new documents with my original application? I'm asking this because I don't want my spouse's original ielts certificate to get lost in the process.

I have sent my application for FSW 2014 and application has reached NOVA SCOTIA AREA, NS - SYDNEY - CANADA on 1st October,2014. :-X

I checked yesterday for the Cap reached for applications till now it has reached '425'. :-[ :-[

Would like to know how are my chances that my application will be processed this year in the 1000 cap for NOC 2173 (Software engineers and designers).....?

Yes, I was rejected and resubmited the package was delivered Sep 29-th, and process of waiting began one more time...

I can imagine how you feel, and your situation is even more disappointing after they charge.... :-[ uhhhh :-[ I hope all of this will turn into good news within few months for you.

Don't worry you have plenty of time for 5125.

Without job duties, CIC won't know what NOC you fit into for that job, and so they won't know whether that job was in skill type 0 or skill level A or B which would earn you points. So it doesn't matter if it's in your primary NOC, CIC still has to be able to figure out what NOC you were in otherwise you won't get points.

That's very unusual to not pass ER after being charged. But you can reapply for sure. This noc is not going anywhere. When did you apply?

It's a tricky one. I would have expected not to see CC charge in your case, but that has happened. So, anything can happen now. Wait and see!

Applicants with work permit and job / job offer in hand do not require proof of funds. Hence the application must have been considered complete in all respects. Should not be an issue.

Hi,

I am working in Canada since June 2014 and I have work permit till June 2015. I applied for FSW in without funds proof on June 25th (but i don't have a permanent offer letter). Latter I realized that I need a offer letter to get funds exception.

To my surprise credit card was charged on 14th Oct. Now I am worried about PER, not sure if they will reject my application before issuing PER. As per my understanding, all the document list verification is done before charging your CC. Now they will only calculate my points and validate the WES, IELTS & experience.

What you guys think? Do I have a chance of getting PER?

your consultant is wrong.

After medicals, we have 1 year for landing process to be completed. If CIC takes 3 months after PPR, then they are taking away 3 months from us. That will not be the case definitely.

I have met ppl who have got ppr after 8/10 months .. 3 months is normal avg time for NDVO. its already been more than 1 month for me.
