Yes he can get credit for this. I suggest obtaining a reference letter from his supervisor or fellow chef or anyone you can, preferably at a higher level than he was, who was in a position to know his duties. Make sure the letter explains how the writer was in a position to know your husband's duties and explains that the restaurant no longer exists so an official letter would not be possible.

All Glory to God, I received my MR/RPRF and police clearance email request last Oct. 15. I am quite worried, because my husband's PCC is still on process and it is in Abu Dhabi. Our friend from there, who is processing the request told us that the Police Station Online System is down. I am afraid, because I am only given 30 days to submit it.

Can I email the embassy and ask for extension of deadline? Please I need your brilliant suggestion, because it is causing me too much stress now.

Well for NOC 0113, i have sent my application to CIC on 12th June and it was received by Mike on 18th June. Payment mode was DD.
DD Yet not redeemed by CIC while they have started the process forJuly Applicants.

No Sign of any information.. a bit worried now

I have submitted my application on Oct-5 without PCC. I need PCC from india and USA.

Should i start applying for PCC right now or wait for my application to be accepted. Will i have enough time to get the PCC, if i start after i recieve the PER?

Hi,

If they are processing only June end and July applications, then you need to be worried. But, there are people who are still getting PERs from 1st and 2nd weeks of June. As you have sent a DD, you might not get accurate information on its cashing. Please wait for a week or two, I am sure you will hear the good news directly, i.e. PER.
