NDVO applicants who have received MR, how much time does NDVO gives to submit Medical Tests?

45 days.

They are running through 16 june files. on 7th october they charged 18june and 19 june. so you may hear in next 5 days. however if there are any issue with ur file than it may delay by 10 to even 15 days. wish you very good luck...

So Cap is not based on PER . It's proved

The fact still remain that the last charge for the NOC is 19 June. The PER is more a decision rather than an email, maybe the decision taken to give this applicant a PER and add him to CAP but email will be later.

What will really prove if they charge new dates for that NOC

Hi Folks

Thank you for your replies to my earlier questions. One more is mentioned below :

Regarding Proof Funds : I am the main applicant and my wife is dependent applicant. We plan to furnish the below as our POF.

1. Bank Balance certificate for our respective savings accounts.
2. PPF statement
3. Employee Provident Fund Passbook/statement for both of us
4. LIC Policy Surrender Value

Do you think any of these 4 could be a problem. If yes, what do you suggest. I will plan accordingly.

Hi Seniors,

If some one has job offer in software engineering and wants apply under 2174 now (when cap reached 1000).
Is it possible to apply now under 2174 in case if he got job offer from some company in CA.

I don't see why not.
Arranged Employment applicants don't fall in the cap.
Im almost sure that's the case. Seniors, please advise.
