Which visa office should I choose ? the one assign to country of my residence or the one for my home country ?
Does that really affect my application ?
I live in southeast Asia so I may choose Singapore

I think CIC will send your application to your nearest VO no matter what you mention in the form.

I have applied for me, my spouse and son (3 yrs)

Now Medical should be done for all 3

PCC for 2 of us (not for son)

RPRF for 2 of us (not for son)

You may want to check the processing time from your local and singapore vo and see who has the faster processing time. If i remember correctly singapore vo processes within 28 months.
