As per some messages I exchanged with some of you a while ago, my application was indeed returned as I failed to submit my IELTS - SS has been updated last week when I received the documents back. I have already scheduled the IELTS for the 18th of October.

I am applying under NOC 0013 and I have all documents ready, just pending the IELTS results that would be arriving on Oct 31st. My plan is to send it in the first week of november. Knowing that it will arrive in Sydney no later than Nov 14th, what are your thoughts on likelyhood to still be within the cap while the Express Entry will start in January as the expectation of having my application assessed is no earlier than february.

Hi Hardik,

You can get the BC translated from the Vadodara municipality whereas if you wish to get other documents translated then you will need to go the Court House (Niyay Mandir), where you can find dozens of translators who can provide you what you require.

I had done my BC translated from local municipality.

To be specific, I need for BARODA/VADODARA, i tried google and got some but wanted to confirm if they are really authorized to do so.

Certified copies are also required for documents in english? like passport, marriage certificates??

Considering the complete application received so for i.e. 376 and considering the fact that for NOC 2714 falling under the cap 1000 means that one has chances, i would suggest to reapply under the same NOC as you have already documented most of the things for this NOC 2132.

Only thing is that you have send entire package along with the supplementary form. Don't forget to change the dates as if will be considered as new application (wonder if you have received the UCI).

Yes I have received my UCI and I am waiting for the application to be received from CIC. Generally how long does it take for an application returned by CIC to reach the candidate. My IELTS Test report is in the package and that the reason I am waiting for. Can we get another copy TRF.

I am a 24th June applicant. But as per SS you are 25.06.14 applicant and haven't updated your entry.

However I am not expecting PER due to improper reference letters, so I am trying to arrange new references and hope I get my application returned asap to apply again.

If you are charged, then they might be ok with your reference letters. You might actually receive your PER. Be optimistic, good news on the way.

2132 is the 4th hot noc, likely to be capped soon. Is there any other noc which might suit your experience? If yes, try and send you app in that. If no, then you must send your application in 2132 immediately. No one can be absolutely sure of when it would be capped, but no harm in sending, nothing to lose, but everything to gain.

Use the brown marked one.......

U can add payslip and appointment letters....This will suffice... no need to change the work letter.....

Thanks ashif_eee. And does my original application guarantee a rejection if CIC failed to attach the additional documents to the original application? Will I have any chance that they allow me to clarify this after its tranferred to local VO

Guys...

Happy that I got MR and Fee payment request today. ECAS second line also updated to 'we started processing...'

I have pasted both the emails in above posts for everybody's reference. Just to mention that I was really worried that despite receiving PER on 11 august (7th May applicant NDVO), I wasn't receiving any MR whereas others from PER received after me got the MR. However, I feel that at NDVO it is not FIFO.

I thought that delay might be due to some background verification calls but my current and prev employer HR did not receive any call. So not sure what the delay was about. It is a positive sign for others who are waiting for MR

Also I received some additional attachments called FCRO and CIIP and it says they conduct some sessions to help you plan the immigration. I will go through the attachments and share more details. However, if someone in group already knows about it, it would be nice to share what it is all about and if it is worth enrolling for the sessions.

CIIP is a 2 day program which helps in Canada settlement. They advice on resume building, job hunting, settlement issues etc etc.

Could you pls suggest whats your second line ECAS? processing started on ??

Second TRF is fairly simple if you have applied through IDP. But, if it is British Council, then it is very tough.

For IDP, you need to tell them that you applied for FSW and show them photo copy of your application and courier pod along with second TRF application with the fee, they will oblige readily.

With BC, you have to fight a long battle. I am doing that currently, will let you know if I succeed. Hope others can suggest their experience.
