Photographs need to be submitted for: (whether accompanying you are not)

1. Principal applicant
2. Spouse
3. Children

Rest not required.

Bro in my opinion once your file is transfered to vo they will give you ample opportunity to prove if something is not as per the requirement or if the visa oficer neess more proofs or clarification. They wont reject straight way.

That is certainly reliving to know because my company's HR is going to provide me with a new emp ref letter with full JD in a couple of days so if VO asks for a further clarification or further documentation then I will be able to provide them with a new letter but I cannot do anything with that new letter until CIO issues me a PER so after I receive PER then I think I can relax!

Yes only after file transfer you can update vo or they may ask for more documentaion to support your case..... till that time good luck.

FSW applications are being processed these days. ok good to know that you are July 27th applicant. I am June 23rd applicant. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Well, enough of jokes, at present they are processing applications received on 24th of June. You've to go thru those painful 120 days and few more hours of wait before getting your application fee charged, like everyone on this forum.

Currently 16/17th June applications are getting PER, whereas payments are being deducted for 27/28th July applications.

Hope this gives you an Idea about progress of your application.
