Very remote Jaxon, case getting rejected because of lack of JD match. If you see some of the rejected files, they were return for JDs mismatch, before the charge.Jaxon911 said:8) If someone can answer this one, how likely is it for CIO to refuse an application because of insufficient evidence of required duties performed on job description on emp ref letter AFTER charging CC?
And if CIO issues PER, is it possible for VO to refuse app on the basis of insufficient evidence of required job duties performed on emp ref letter?
:'( I know probably I am being unnecessarily being paranoid, and thinking about exceptional circumstances and worst case scenarios but that's how my mind functions! ??? It still doesn't believe that CIO has not returned my file yet! ;D ;D
However, we have seen one case this year when Local VO has asked for clarification/further document explaining JDs in detailed. But, they have communicated this to the applicant and given him time to come back, they didnt reject the case.
So, you are 99.99% safe. Now, put your wrong side of the brain to rest and enjoy your wait for PER
