Can anyone please help me out with this:
My application was returned by CIC for want of supplementary form. I have applied under NOC 2132. Now can I reapply under same NOC 2132 and will my application by the time it is considered by CIC be with in the cap of NOC 2132. what is the estimated date for NOC 2132 cap to be filled up.

2132 is the 4th hot noc, likely to be capped soon. Is there any other noc which might suit your experience? If yes, try and send you app in that. If no, then you must send your application in 2132 immediately. No one can be absolutely sure of when it would be capped, but no harm in sending, nothing to lose, but everything to gain.

The last days of August, probably around 28 or so. I don't know for sure, the email was sent to my lawyer.

Considering the complete application received so for i.e. 376 and considering the fact that for NOC 2714 falling under the cap 1000 means that one has chances, i would suggest to reapply under the same NOC as you have already documented most of the things for this NOC 2132.

Only thing is that you have send entire package along with the supplementary form. Don't forget to change the dates as if will be considered as new application (wonder if you have received the UCI).

You can resend but the chance is extremely slim.

My app was returned to me because i forgot to include a copy of my degree. I'm planning to send back the same package by only attaching a copy of the degree. Do you think i should fill out the form again instead of sending the same package??

Yes you have to fill the all forms again as many are them updated. Moreover suggest you to update the POF and attached the latest one.

Hi Seniors,

i am 12th may applicant received PER on 03 Sep for 2173 NDVO.

I would like to renew my passport for 2 reasons.
It expires on feb 2016
Spouse name not added in my passport.

Shall i renew passport now or we can do this at later stage of process because once we receive Medicals we don't have time.
Seniors please suggest

I am also married nd there is no detail of my spouse in my passport...
Passport is just a travel document...
Marriage certificate is authentic proof of marriage

Yes dear it is strongly recommended to fill up all new forms. Also mention UCI if you got it pened in the forms. Send copy of degree , detailed marksheets and if possible fresh funds proof also
