Hey guys. My CC was charged on 24th September but haven't got any intimation regarding PER.
My problem is that i have applied through a consultant and i am haing very bad time with him.
He said that he has emailed CIC for a reminder.

My question is that Can i email CIC too regarding my application status?
Although my consultant might have mailed CIC from his email id but the point being that he rarely answer my calls increases my anxiety.

Try sending them email from your mail id with your whole app details
Explain them given email (in generic form) has been compromised and henceforth update this email id in system for future communication

I guess this should work

I don't think, 4011 will be capped by 8th Dec and also 25000 cap will be filled up ever.

My worry is that they will open app by march probably and by then it gets capped,what do you think?

CAP will not be an issue for NOC 4011 even for Dec applications.

No, you have to work through your consultant. CIC won't respond to a query made through an e-mail address not given in the generic form for communication.

Sorry century Sir, but i have applied through one consultant and sent 7 emails to cic using my personal gmail and yahoo id and got reply to every email from cic.....pls consider my message positively.....u and ashif sir are the superstars of this forum...

Urgent Help Needed, I have been requested to submit Australia PCC, However its been 5 years now since i came back from Australia. I just hold passport, visa, I20 single payslip which luckily i got and collage id card where it got scattered a bit. can use international driving license which got expires though and Indian PCC as I see for Australia 100 points needed to apply PCC. I am not able under stand what documents are needed. i only hold these documents which i mentioned earlier. do you think this are enough, if you know any one who has applied pcc from Australia please take a reference and advice. please do the needful. i need to submit all the documents on November 23rd.

You only required international passport and birth certficate in order to get 100 points. Also please keep in mind, if you stayed in Victoria or Queensland before, you need to submit traffic history report as well. I have already received my PCC and traffic report from Australia.
