I read earlier a post of yours, mentioning something about self addressed envelop or self addressed label (or something like that). What was that? I do not remember my consultant telling me anything about that !

Basically two piece of paper or sticker with your address, one in local language and another one in English. I think that's used only if CIO wish to return your file but it's required as per document checklist.

My Status in ECAS is "MEDICAL RESULTS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED", when can I expect it to change?
I got PPR already and our PPs arrived in Ottawa last Monday, Oct06.

2174 -- CAP update will definitely solve some of the mysteries, whether that was based on CC charged or based on Completeness check but one thing sure that they gave a clear message not to send any application for this NOC.

My take: it's based on the completeness check!!!
Reason: why on earth would they check completeness if they already crossed 1000 applications, they can check 1100-1200 considering 100-200 may get NER or Payment issues.

I'm still hoping it was till 2nd week of July...

We'll get to know very soon... All the very best for folks after 19th jun in this NOC!!!

Ohh i hope my consultant added that as part of the envelop otherwise my application will be lost forever ! Everytime i hear something that adds to my stack of worries :s

This is for those 2174 applicants that wouldn't be in the cap. DON'T LOSE HOPE
This is not the end. You all might be able to apply on January, this category is on high demand and for sure they will accept a lot of new applicants under this NOC.
Talking from my own experience. Last year my application was returned due to cap reached and I was devastated without knowing if this year FSW will be opening again.
Again, keep your documents updated and wait for Express Entry, your dreams will become true for sure!

Bank employee told that DD encashed but date cannot confirmed...

WES sent an email that CIC require a duplicate report on which I already Faxed my form for this ,,,but still no response from WES : 2 days passed

I think you should check with your consultant but I think this is unlikely to be the cause of returning your application so don't worry too much!

we were discussing about the self addressed labels that you need to include in the package, this will be used to return the file....Your consultant would have printed it out, I guess.

Well to be honest my worry is that they reject the application for some reason and are not able to return it back (some of the documents there are original, e.g. IELTS).
