1)Yes if you have existing UCI.
2)Yes unless you send a query to check your status.

I just noticed it yesterday. I made a mistake in the Date Of Birth for my mother in the form IMM 5406 (09-2013) E - ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION. I wrote 1954/09/03 instead of 1954/09/30. Will that have too much of an impact?

Hi Vivek, you will need proofs frm previous address also was it in bangalore?

In general, even for a passport with different address we need below docs
1 Address proof: can be postpaid mobile bills (should span 1 year) , Nationalized bank account statement, gas connection, e.t.c
2 ur passport in original and its copy
3 Two References: [Should be residing near ur current location]
Fill it online on passport.gov.in
if all goes well u get it in max 10-15 days

I am an Indian applicant from Bangalore. My Passport has different city address and I am residing in current adress for last 10 months only. Can anyone please share what document would I need for PCC considering that:
1. The address in my passport is different from my current address
2. I am residing in current address for last 10 months only.

i am 11june Applicant and was forget to attach the self addressed envelopes.

i am not got PER till date .. may be may file regected.

is it may be reason i don't get my file back due to not sent envelopes????

the reason they ask for self addressed envelopes is because ur application is either incomplete or ineligible or whatever reason and they need to send u back ur application. If everything is good there is no necessity of self addressed envelopes!!

Yes, I do have a UCI from a tourist visa, visited Canada last year. My app submitted on June 10th, but no CC charge and I have not received my app either. I cant see any update using my UCI. It has been two weeks since I sent an enquiry, I guess they dont respond until 30 days have passed.

Meanwhile a July 7th applicant (anusha003) received her file, dont understand the logic.

Isnt it a self-addressed label? not an envelope if I am not wrong.
