DO i need to write an cover letter for this?

I have taken roles from my superior, and taken affidavit of mine stating not getting hr letter?
Again need a cover letter or these affidavits will do?

Buddy,

For both of the case, no cover letter is required....CIC officers will easily trace it...So dont worry...And for the second case - employment letter, its not mandatory to give the letter from HR...If u have taken the letter with company letter head then avoid to give any additional papers like the affidavit u r attempting to give....

Is it normal to receive AOR after 22 days from receiving PER ?

Yes its normal....Usually it takes 1-2 months for getting AOR (depends on the VO to VO)

As I have undergone medicals at Sadhu Vaswani Mission Medical Centre. They handed over to me same page with my photograph and payment receipt.

So now , do i need to send original paper (came thorugh mail and filled up by doctor) to NDVO.

I sent my application to CIO on Oct 8th 2014 for FSWP 0121 category. Is there any wise person who can tell me the overall time frame for getting a visa from the date of file submission and hopefully when my CC is going to be charged?

it is good to explain any deviation in cover letter. You can make one cover letter and cover whatever you want to in the same letter. But it is advisable that you cover only deviations and justifications only and keep it as precise as possible.

Guys, i have already applied for FSW 2014, can my wife also apply under her NOC?
If she can then how can we send her package without ielts mark sheet as i have already sent the Original mark sheet (mine and my wife's) with my application
and I have still not received any UCI number for my application?
Is there any way out?

Its not due to any disease, specially TB. Its something which has been there since birth!

Carry the reports of old diagnosis, treatment (is any)etc. of the patch with you, if possible. This might prevent the physician from ordering unnecessary additional diagnostic tests. Chest x-ray is mandatory and this would pop up for sure. Disclose the details on this upfront during Physical exam, i.e. doc's queries about your medical history.
