I am June 13th applicant. No PER yesterday..... This is my second time . I applied last year and it was deemed incomplete and didnt get the package to see what was the reason for deemed incomplete. :'( :'(

You can Apply as soon as possible even you didn't received your papers. as long as you are complete in important documents.

*does it mean you confirm that your application was returned through email the CIO inquiry?

Guys I have a doubt. My husband's birthplace is Indore and the place of issue of his passport is BHOPAL (madhya Pradesh). However, he has been living here for the past 14 years. Where do we get the PCC from? Delhi or Bhopal?

If you are staying in Delhi for the past 14 years, than you should get you PCC done from Delhi itself.

I also am staying in Delhi but my native is in Punjab. I got my PCC done from Delhi.

Didn't you provided the supplementary forms? If yes and this is the only reason than I suggest you to send the new application ASAP.
However you need to arrange the second copy of IELTS and ECA report.
After how many days CIC has respond your mail...

Really sorry to hear that. If you are sure this is the only reason if rejection and you have extra copy of eca report and ielts then you can apply. Mention uci innew app if you have got in mail.

Sorry for bothering all. I would like to know does Cic is charging cc after calculating points because I have only 67 points( if bachelors 4 years is awarded 22 points). I have not yet received my per eventhough my cc got charged.my concern is point calculation is correct or not.

I just received an email from CIO stating that I only got 65 points based on their review. I was also given a UCI. Upon checking on my ecas it states In Process. However I'm confused since according to the email it said that I cannot get my fees returned and my application as well. This is negative eligibility review email right? Why is it that I will not get refunded and they will not send my appli back. Thanks!

What it means is that u need to review ur application and adjust it in accordance with the issue raised in the mail sent to you and reapply ASAP, a spot is tied down for you,but u need to readjust ur application and reapply

did u receive reply for your email from CIC, or did u physically had your returned application ?

I just mentioned the latest reported returned applications.
As per my theory, completeness check is performed before 85 days since lock-in date. In case something goes wrong one must add mail delivery time to his RPO from Canada to have an estimate.
