I just checked my FSW application status online and it says "In Process".
At which stage they will verify my job letters from the employers?

it depends on the applicant.....it differs from applicant to applicant.........its not necessary that they verify it.......yet they do verify some of them or all of them or none of them....you wont know whats going on in lvo. so just sit back and wait and relax. good luck.

Experts need advice.

I was in US untill Oct 2013. Now I am in India. I need to submit below:

> FBI Clearance: If your residence period in the USA has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original FBI clearance certificate for you and your spouse. This must be received at this office by: 2014/11
> Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate from India for you and your spouse. This must be received at this office by: 2014/11
> Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate Australia Federal Police Certificate for your spouse. This must be received at this office by: 2014/11

Please advice how can I obtain NJ PCC being in INdia now ?

My friend has an immigration file number that starts with B then followed by 9 digits. Can my friend used this to check online status? He applied last 2009 but he's file get returned because of CAP.

Check with your friend if he has UCI #. If he has it then he can check ECAS.

Application reached CIC on 9th June, 2014
Payment Mode : Demand Draft . Encahsed on 25/9/14
PER date 3rd Oct, 2014 (Consultant informed me late)
Visa office : London

CC charge is being deduced only via the bank's portal or do we get some form of email too from CIC?. I am 17th June applicant. Out of 6, 3 have already been charged. Keeping my fingers cross Smiley. Normally the transaction take around 3 - 4 days to be reflected in the bank's online portal.

Hello People,

I need some urgent piece of advice from you all. I have shared earlier with you all that my wife was expecting and I had received the medical's request. As advised by lot of forumites, we opted not to go for the X-ray for my wife at this stage and got all other medical tests done in the last week of September. Unfortunately last week she had a miscarriage and now I am in a fix whether to wait for the VO to reply or inform them or get the X-ray done and send it to them.... I am confused what to do now.

Will highly appreciate if you guys can suggest me what to do.

You need to inform NDVO and let them guide you on this..
