I will tell what I did,
I just sent an email to them :
according the inernational website of IELTS (www.ielts.org) FAQ page :

http://www.ielts.org/test_takers_information/test_takers_faqs/test_results.aspx

It's clearly written :

"How many Test Report Forms (TRFs) am I entitled to?
You will only receive one (1) copy of your Test Report Form, unless you are applying to Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC), "

and they accepted to issue another TRF but they asked me to send a scan copy of application ( Generic IMM 0008) and checklist

So you may try

I tried that Bachar, they are saying no photo copy of application nor proof of delivery is acceptable for them . When did you receive your second copy of IELTS? Is it in the recent past? Which city/country is it from?

The day CIO issued PER, application package is sent to VO on that day. So your file is already at NDVO.

BTW, pls get enlisted into SS in the following way:
Click http://tinyurl.com/FSW14-Entry --> fill form and click submit --> Click Edit your Response --> Go to the newly open page -->from the address bar, save the link/bookmark for future update.

So after PER from CIO, then AOR from VO.

I just received this mail from CIC from the enquiry which i made before my CC was charged, is this as AOR mail or it will be directly from NDVO...

My FBI PCC application reached on Sept 8th and my CC is charged today.

Right. But note NDVO is not issuing AOR for FSW2014 applicants.

So after PER from CIO, then AOR from VO.

Thanks, Century. I am going to visit consulate next week. If they accept photocopy, fine. Otherwise, will request extension from them.

Congratulation. Yes, you can ask for extension with justification. They may approve extension.

Hii all,

Many of them might know this requirement but i would like to repeat again, kindly attach affidavit from the translator and certified copy for any document which is being translated along with your application. Came to know about one application coming back for not providing the above said documents. This might help the ones who are getting ready to file there applications.

Just so it would help others, following were the concerns in her application and she has received her PER:
1. US H1B renewal rejection
2. Second B1/B2 US Visa was rejected
3. Currently unemployed

I just received the MR, PCC, and RPRF request.

App received: May 22nd

FBI PCC in progress, my main issue is India PCC from Indian Consulate - it will take 5 to 6 weeks and my family is in India for a month (don't have their passports).

Can I request for extension from CIC? Pls help.

Yes you can take extension.send your case specific enquiry to.local visa office...they will help you...
