Regarding Medical need expert advices: If a person is suffering from Diabetese (not on insulin only using medicines) then will this afftect his Medical result and CIC will take any negative decision due to this? Secondly during Medical if that person diabetic is controlled should he still inform the doctor about this issue? Please reply as my friend is going to appear in medical and he is suffering from it and he plans to hide it from doctor....

I am diabetic too and I received email few days ago that my visa is ready for issuance and I should send copies of my passport. If ur diabetes is under control then there is no chance that they will reject your application.

Another candidate with diabetic who landed Canada:

I am Diabetic and have a very good knowledge over this subject . I moved couple of years ago. Is there a chance of rejection - yes & No. There are some cases of rejection wich know of a elderly parents who had severe Diabetics and poetential a organ translate coming up . So in short if the Officer feels that you might be a burdern to the the canadian health care system then he/she might ask you to do more test before making a decesion.

If you are teaking just 1 or 2 pill to control your diabetics then I am very sure you are not in the state where you need a organ trasnlate..touch wood hope never . So dont worry about it and yes you should declare that you have diabetics. good luck

Thanks for your response Net. I tried reasoning with my bank but they have do not have any information if the DD was encashed. So now I am trying to check if "multiple NOCs-same application" cases are getting rejected.

Such case will be rejected without a doubt. You cannot nominate more than one NOC in the same application. You should have chosen one and stuck with it or sent two applications for two NOCs. Expect your application back.

Hi Friends

All those who have already filed their application, can you please tell me in what form did you submit proof of funds to the CIC, was it a Bank Statement or an undertaking from the bank stating the applicant's name, account balance and Balance as of a date ?

This is worrying me, so any help/details on this would be highly appreciated.

Proof of funds should be submitted as :

1) Bank statements for 6 months.
2) Fixed deposit copies and other investments certified by bank
3) Account Balance certificate.

Do not submit just a balance certificate as the visa officer would like to see for how long you have had the funds
for and would like to be satisfied that the money is not instantly put in your accounts.

Does VO ask for specific county PCCs during Process, if we did not send any PCC with th app.

Or they just ask us to sen the PCCs for all countries you lived after 18 years.

My doubt is how they know where we stayed after 18 because we only give 10 year history in our application :'(

That was the point i asked our forum members this morning. CIC site says from 18 years old, while the form asks for the last 10years/from 18 years old history. A bit confused.
If the VO officier asks from 18year, no choice....i need to fly to take PCC
Round trip air fare+ accommodation is about 2000usd.

No need to submit all those with the application. Any one of those will be sufficient. Only if asked by the VO, the statements for 6 months are needed.

This seems to be very fast in ur case. My docs reached on 12th June 2014 and money get deducted (only cc card sms) on 30-9-2014. When can i expect PER. When can i expect medical? accordingly I choose my holiday trip...any suggestion...plz?

I have submitted my wife's birth certificate which is printed in both english as well as my native language.Does it still need to translated?

No, you need not translate it. If your spouse's birth details are clearly written in English on a government issued birth certificate then it is as good as BC in English only.

Dear Friends,

After receiving PER, in how much estimated time (rough estimate ), we can expect

file transfer process,
LVO started processing,
medical.

My LVO is New Delhi.

I know this question would have been answered 100 times but till yesterday I was just interested in CIC charging and PER related post. Never though of these next steps.

If somebody refer me to an old post that has answered this question thoroughly will be equally helpful.

I wish best of luck to waiting applicants for CC/DD charging and PER.
