Actually, In gujarat board X marksheet or degree certificate does not carry parent name or DOB.
However in LC it contains student name, parent name, DOB

So what he needs to act is, X marksheet, certificate, School leaving certificate original native language, School leaving translated copy notarized, and affidavit by parents as well as the cover letter for explaining the reason for not having BC.

Bhai..affidavit by applicant not by parent.

Rest ok...Make sure to get copies notarized.

Hi,

We are located in India and planning to apply for FSW. Someone kindly help me with answers to following questions :

1) I came to know that in Jan the Canadian Immigration intake System is going to change from the CIC website. I have to start application process. Is it still a good time or am i late? I have to get the educational assessment done too!

2) Is it a good idea to go through a consultant at this stage?

3) My husband has done his Bachelor's in Electronics and Communication. He has spent his 9 yrs of work experience in Telecom, Mobile and Lighting Industry writing Software. I myself have completed 11yrs of exp in Software Engineering with an M.S also in Software Engineering. Can we apply in my husband's name ?

Both you and your husband are probably eligible to apply, and you could even both submit applications, but that would involve paying twice and providing certain items like original IELTS results twice.

Consultants are notoriously unreliable and have caused many problems. Either do it yourself or get an actual attorney.

Express Entry starts in January, but Skilled Worker is still open until April 30, 2015. You are welcome to apply under FSW. But IT NOCs are filling up rapidly. You should examine the eligible NOCs and see if either you or your husband can fit into one of the slower IT NOCs (like 2172).

Attestation not required. Send photocopy only.

Do you have any idea why they are asking for it? Did you not send it with your application?

Century you are right !!

Why will VO ask for the passport copies again when they are anyways sent earlier with the application ?

And if they had not been sent earlier, the fact that VO is asking for them shows that application is not always rejected by CIC for need to mandatory docs. VO may get back asking for missing / unclear docs.

People would not necessarily know if the VO conducted any verification. They often use outside companies to handle this. It's possible that an applicant would only know if the verification seemed to be contrary to the application, and they asked the applicant about it.

I think you'll be in the cap for sure. And no issues writing with pen at all.

I am just wondering the chances of getting a rejection after getting the request for PCC and MR!!!!!just curious...any guess people..

We all your documents in order because all 16th of May applicants have recd file number by first week of September. Was your WES ok have you checked and above all have u filed yourself or you have used an agent.

I have applied myself with guidance from Y axis availed there service and do double check of my documents before sending to CIC as per checklist also my WES Report was as per norms sought by them along with application .

Thats why i m so confused if CIC has to reject they shoudl reject and send my application back to me that is also not done by them neither they have responded back on my Email .

Also i checked with my Bank people they confirmed me my bank DD is not charged yet .

I have already believed that my application is rejected by them but still wondering why have they not send my kit back to me neither responded to my request of information sought .

Can anyone suggest how to tackle this situation.
